We are offering a wide veriety of catering services this Holiday Season; Please call us for further details and menus too. Quantities on servings per person should be as follows: 4-6 ounces on side dishes, 8 ounces on main course. Baby mixed Greens with Toasted Wall Nuts and Goat Cheese served with a Ginger-Soy Vinaigrette topped with Dried Cranberries.
