Smells, only one overwhelmed waitress. Food was good, coleslaw was excellent.

Their website states they are open Sundays but they are not open Sundays. Drove for over an hour, update your website it's not 1990 anymore!

Our experience didn't happen. You need to correct your website which says you open at 11. We were so disappointed to get there right at 11 and see a sign that says open at 11:30. We didn't feel like waiting a half hour and went elsewhere. We may be back at some point but we're out of the mood for now. Fix your notices everywhere!

There was just one lady working, but she was friendly and patient. Their sea bass was perfectly cooked, and they had very good fish and chips. We also got the clam chowder but that fell short just a little bit, it tasted like itbwas almost perfect. Highly recommend the fish and chips. I was also able to special order some fish, Florida grouper. It came in fresh the next day. They looked great and didn't have a strong smell.

Fins has been a neighborhood gem for years. I live less rhan 1 mile away. I had never been prior to today. Took my BFF here. He LOVED it and he is almost more picky than me. The food is fresh, hot, well prepared and simply excellent. Ashamed it took me so ling to discover it. A MUST when you are in the Granite Bay hood.

The fish is fresh and delicious. Nice lunch place. Loved the location on Fair Oaks Blvd. in Carmichael the best. All are closed now except the one on Sierra College Blvd. we don't care for the location but the fish is delicious.

Came here with my husband for anniversary and we were extremely disappointed. Not great on the taste. We were over charged and they didn't make it right. We were going to order to go but decided to eat in and already new what we wanted after viewing the menu online. The online menu clearly said the crab salad sandwich was 9.95 and the salmon entree was 16.95.

Our bill came and I noticed after paying they over charged us. They charged us 14.95 for the crab salad sandwich and 23.95 for the salmon entree. The waitress who was the best part of the visit couldn't refund the difference and took my number for the owner to hopefully fix it. Doubt they'll call though. Worst anniversary lunch ever :

As of my last review the owner finally called me back. I showed her we were over charged according to the menu we saw on line. Our food was horrible and it was supposed to be our anniversary meal. So basically we were over charged for horrible food on our anniversary. She said she would have her son help her fix the menu. No apology for the poorly prepared food or offer to refund the over charge. We will not be back. Total disappointment

Possibly the best fish 'n chips I've ever had! Local restaurant, SUPER fresh food and friendly. Kind of hidden in the back corner of a strip mall but not hard to find and definitely worth looking for.

Absolutely loved our time at Fins! Our server Jennifer was so delightful. My mom and I ordered the Crab Louie Salad. Jennifer recommended we get the combo because we it will be the same amount crab in addition some shrimp for the same price. We asked to split the combo crab and shrimp Louie salad. Jennifer split our salad so we each had our own plate with a generous amount of crab and shrimp.

The dressing was homemade and delicious. The coleslaw also had a yummy homemade dressing also. Although Sea Bass was not available, Jennifer was able to recommend a scrumptious Hawaiian white fish that was grilled to perfection. Mom and I also split the entree. We each were served our own plates with a generous amount of fish and vegetables. Steamed vegetables were good.

My only critique would be to use regular carrots and not baby carrots in the steamed veggies. Again, the tarter sauce was homemade and delightful! Highly recommend On a side note, the restroom was cutely decorated and very clean. I look forward to visiting Fin's again!

This was our first visit here. And we had to make sure the staff knew that it was absolutely the best lunch. Date me and my husband have had in I very long time. Everything was fresh, tasted amazing and the service was great. If I could give more star I would. 5 starts doesn't give it justice. I will be going back again very soon

Fantastic place, great food and my wife and i are from Virginia where seafood is every other meal. Everyone was nice and for California the prices were not bad at all! I recommend this place.

Found this place by chance, ordered the Fish tacos, they were AWESOME! Great flavor, prompt service.

Good flavor with the salmon sandwich, but really basic presentation, it was a salmon filet on wheat toast, with a relish sauce. Crab tacos were disappointing with mayo and cheese on a soft flour tortilla. I purchased some mussels to take home and cook, they weren't very fresh, over 1/3 had to toss because they were dead.

My husband and I love this place. I always get the Fish and Chips. It is cooked to my likes with fresh delicious fries and their own crispy slaw that is the best I have had from any restaurant. We go often and take our friends who haven't been yet. They always come away very happy.

Here, word for word, is the telephone conversation we just had when trying to place a pick-up order with Fins: US: We'd like to order the Whole Maine Lobster. FINS: We don't have the Whole Maine Lobster. US: Then the Steamed Clams appetizer. FINS: We don't have the clams. US: How about the Steamed Mussels? FINS: We don't have the Steamed Mussels. US: (click) Incredible, just incredible.

I pre-ordered the Halibut sandwich for Dad and I but while I was there to pick up, had to get some cracked Dungeness crab, scallops and calamari steaks! Once home, the sandwiches were DELICIOUS! I want one every day!

I pre-ordered seafood for our annual paella - the fish is fresh and tastes amazing! The chowder is a hit! Thank you for making our Xmas meal amazing.

We go to Fins every month or two and we love it. I often get the grilled fish taco. Amazing! Also love the salmon sandwich. I have never had anything that i didn't like.

Worst customer service ever! I really wanted this place to be a good spot because I'm such a fan of healthy food. But 3 stars is always an indicator that something isn't quite right. Ding, Ding, Ding! That IS the case with this establishment. I have never been treated this poorly by a business. We ordered and paid for 2 dinners to be delivered.

When only one dinner arrived we called the restaurant and they confirmed that they only sent one. Huh? The person who took the call went into a long dissertation about what DoorDash paid them, etc. and that we didn't pay enough for 2 dinners. We paid $51. Seems like that should cover 2 simple fish dinners. Our dasher confirmed that the restaurant told him that he picked up two orders when actually they only gave him 1.

The person who made the error at the restaurant refused to help me in any way, e.g I'm your customer and I'm hungry and I just waited an hour for you to send me less than what I ordered and paid good money to receive. Then she hung up on me. Really?! What business hangs up on its customers? Seriously?! Don't waste any time or money with this establishment. Total ripoff and they don't care about their customers. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My wife and I ordered two swordfish dinners through Doordash and we received only one while we paid for two. Hoping for some compensation, we got no help from Doordash so we called Fin's directly. After arguing with us about only being paid by Doordash for one dinner plate (we texted her our receipt showing we paid Doordash for two dinners), the agitated and extremely angry person did not offer to make things right and hung up on us. Never going to give this place any business again.

Wanted to go somewhere for a seafood lunch that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This was a great find! We got the clams, muscles and swordfish lunch entree. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great!

Came to get lunch with my fiance and we both were in love with the grilled swordfish and vegetables. The vegetables were fresh and delicious, and the swordfish was to die for. It was nice and firm and good quality. We also got clams and mussels which did not disappoint either. Will be back

We had heard that this was a good seafood restaurant. Food was ok nice portion lacking spice. The decor is old and it smell like a fish market which it is. Wait staff was friendly and the food came out fast. I feel like it was health and the Veggies were fresh. Entree average $28

The server was excellent! I hate to say it but honestly I would not have left a tip if it was not for her service. I was tempted to write a note on the receipt that the tip was for the waitress ONLY as the food was obviously reheated and unseasoned. I have had better cafeteria food. A "three-course" Groupon consists of a SMALL salad, 4 SMALL slices of a baguette, a $19 maximum entree, and a scoop of ice cream. $19 entree actually eliminates more than half of the menu.

You would think this is a trendy suit & tie type of establishment the way their menu is priced. After you taste your food you will think but this is some kind of a joke. They do not serve mixed drinks and their adult beverage selection is very weak. Needless to say we will not be going back to this establishment. Even with the $20 Groupon discount we felt like we were robbed.

Staff is very polite, helpful and really quick takeout service. You can have a glass of wine while you're waiting for your meal to be prepared. The fish was kind of dry possibly because it was take out.

Been here more than five times now using their groupon deals. love the food and the service. recommend the coleslaw salad, buffalo shrimp and the mahi mahi which has become our usuals. for the groupon dinner for two, they always have different ice cream flavors which my wife and i decided to always experiment on the new ones. this place does have a fishy smell to it but it is a fish market after all. love returning for more fish dinners and will keep coming back.

My lady and I recently stopped and had lunch at the Fins Market & Grill in Roseville. We always enjoyed the food at the Sacramento location but had never tried the sister restaurant in Roseville. This location like the other has an open, casual, very simply decorated atmosphere. The seating arrangements were comfortable and the service was friendly and responsive.

I ordered a Cab and my partner opted for a Chardonnay. We sipped our wine and reviewed the extensive menu. Many delicious sounding culinary temptations. Ultimately I selected the Halibut entree which was served with grilled vegetables and cold slaw. The Halibut was memorable. really fantastic and the slaw was a thinker cut than you usually see with just the right amount of salad dressing - not over poured, just enough to add subtle flavor.

My wife ordered fished tacos and seemed very pleased. The lunch was so pleasant, we decided to take some food home. We ordered Ahi Tuna, Shrimp, Raw Oysters and some Clam Chowder. OMG. so good. The only disappointment was the chowder. Prices are competitive and the fish is special.
