We had Hannibal Catering for our wedding, 4/23/22. From the very start we had such great experience. The communication was great. We were able to see multiple menus and when we found what we wanted they had us come in for a tasting. They were very flexible with us changing the contract a few times. The day of we everything was set up so nicely. It was nice that they were able to handle that part. Definitely appreciate it. The food was delicious. Everyone loved it. The best part we have left overs. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend for your next event!

We have used them for several family parties at this point. The food has always been delicious. Their delivery either early or on time. They are friendly and do quick service. Highly recommend.

I thank them for their service over the past month or so. They have been providing lunch and dinners for the students at my job. Professional and Prompt service.

Hannibal's Catering & Events has been catering lunches and dinners for my company for months now. Every day the staff is friendly and efficient. They have expressed outstanding service with exceptional cleanliness in regard to the current pandemic. Taylor is always shinning with her bubbly personality and over-the-top customer service. Every staff member is friendly and they don't mind a bit of banter while serving us.

Although meals are contracted through work they never fail to remember my dietary needs and shield my plate from meat and dairy while offering amazing vegan options! 10 out of 10 I would recommend to a friend!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try out Hannibal's while I was activated for my job here in Rancho Cordova. While I was here, I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor, and I also had the opportunity to try out their chicken curry, which was absolutely amazing. I love Indian food, and I am a very very strict critic of what is and isn't good when it comes Indian food, and I can say this is above reproach.

I urge you to try out their chicken curry, and if you ever get the opportunity to see or meet Taylor, you'll be as well off as I am. Thank you again Hannibal's, it was a wonderful experience.

Catherine was awesome, she helped us plan the menu for our company party and was on top of everything. Anytime we had any questions or changes she was quick to respond and accommodated all our needs. Olga, was the onsite person we met and she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful as well. The food had everyone talking and was extremely well executed.

We have many people in our company with gluten allergies and other dietary needs. Highly recommend the Sicilian Prosciutto Chicken, Seasonal Vegetables and Polenta Lasagna, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables with Mushroom, Peppers, and Winter Squash, and the Broccoli Apple & Almond Salad. All crowd favorites and will not disappoint! Hannibal's did a wonderful job overall and we would love to work with them again for future events.

I couldn't have asked for a better catering company. From start to finish they were helpful in relieving the stress of my event. Not only was the food incredible, but Jenni was an absolutely wonderful server! She went above and beyond for my guests and made such an impression that nearly all of my 50 guests asked me for the name of the company and said they would be using them in the future.

The staff made great menu suggestions including a vegan option that was included. Not only was the staff and food great, their visual spread matched my elegant black tie affair beautifully. If you use Hannibal's you will NOT be disappointed.

I just had a big event last night for my daughter's 15th Birthday. A Quinceanera it took a lot of planning and of course a budget in mine. I had Hannibal' s cater this event because I helped my best friend planned for two of her Quimceaneras and she had Hannibal's catered her events. At my event on August 3, 2018 the FOOD WAS NOTHING LIKE WE. HAD TESTED AT THE "FOOD TASTE" The seasonal vegetables were more on the under cook and almost raw stage like just quickly toss and make them warm, the tri tip was over cool and dry and no flavor at all ( I requested no black pepper, but never flavorless) the parmesan crusted chicken was not moist like the "food taste" The only thing.

Hannibal's Catering continues to provide the best customer service and food of any caterer I've worked with. They are incredibly kind, professional, and are always very flexible. If you chose to hire their staff to oversee the food at your event, the staff is always remarkable. I highly recommend them!

We had Hannibal's cater an 85th Birthday Party this weekend. The food was great, very tasty prime rib & mashed potatoes. The service was wonderful (Samantha), she did a great job all on her own! She did all the set up and take down, I can't say enough about this Catering Company. I will use them again for other events.

I attended a reception today after a friends funeral. Most of the food & all drinks were catered by Hanibals. Delicious! Caesar salad, 3-4 kinds of crusty outside inside soft dinner rolls, the best croutons.had to be homemade, fresh cut-up melon & super large sweet grapes.where do you get sweet just right ripe melon like that this time of year?. Marinated chicken breasts with yummy seasoning & herbs, rigatoni with a tomato base sauce & a lot of fresh Parmesan.the fresh lemon & lime infused water.so refreshing!

And Victoria was our server & made sure everything was perfect.kept up with replenishing food as needed etc.such a super nice young lady. Hanibals owners take note of her.she most definitely represents your biz in the best of ways. ask her my Hanibals story from the 70's.loved you then at your downtown restaurant.love your catering services now! We used Hannibal's for Christy and Devin's rehearsal dinner celebration held at the private villa next to Cielo Estate Winery. Everything was perfect. Easy to work with in finalizing the menu and the guest count. They were prompt, they set up just as scheduled, the food was ready just as scheduled. The food was very good! We selected the ribs, . BBQ chicken, red potato salad, the orzo pasta salad, a green salad with strawberries, rolls and brownies and cookies.

Simple elegant and abundant food. The lemonade and infused strawberry drinks were very popular with our group. We had several kids and they have a kids menu which included crowd favorites such as mac and cheese and chicken strips. The severs were professional, friendly and very efficient. We were very pleased!

Hannibal's catered my Holiday party last night and everything was spectacular! The food amazing! The servers made it possible for me to enjoy the event instead of working the entire time! The decor was breathtaking and most of all the price for the package was very reasonable. I would recomend to any and all.

In June my sorority used Hannibal's for our formal and the food was spectacular! We had everyone complementing the food for weeks! The meals were plated and were sooooo satisfying! The chicken was juicy and was complemented by the most incredible bread! The servers were amazing! Super friendly and speedy! I cant wait for Formal again this year because we have all decided it is Hannibal's food again! Seriously if you want an amazing meal, service, event and want people talking about it for straight days go to Hannibal's!

We used Hannibal's catering & events as our caterer for our wedding reception. We are very thankful to all staffs of Hannibal's Catering & Events for the great job of timing everything out and blended into the crowd of more than 200. Indeed they are a team of professional. The food was served hot and the exquisite food styling with garnishes was really amazing. Guests at the wedding commented on how it was the best wedding food they had ever had and the portions were more then expected. The appetizers, salad, bread and main meals were all delicious. We are so happy that Phil's and his staff helped to make our special day such a memorable one

We use Hannibal's catering & events for our daughter's wedding at Garden Pavilion and we wanted to thank them for their amazing beautifully decorated banquet hall.
