Pretty cool party store with tons of variety. I was impressed with the amount of stock available, even with all the shortages at so many other party stores. Overall the establishment was Clean, Attendants were Helpful and Friendly. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Stock was super low, store is a lot smaller than it used to be. Location would be better if it was closer to either town, maybe strip mall or stand alone building in the business area on Rollins Rd. Just my opinion.

Amazing customer service! They were able to make a last minute graduation sign and center piece for me that turned out amazing! I couldn't be happier with my experiences here! I've shopped here twice for decorations and they truly have something for every occasion and party theme out there! Definitely will be shopping here again!

Do not do business with this company. I received their signs cannot even read some of the words. I called ahead about sending a proof. They were very rude and inconsiderate on the phone. They said I can pay for new signs if I want them redone. And they tried to blame me for their incompetence. I guess they do not have any quality control and do not care about their product.

I ordered Motocross themed party supplies for my son's birthday. After scouring the internet, I can across this site. It was pretty much the only place I could find that even had this theme! Never heard of it before but very impressed by the selection. Reagan helped me out tremendously with my order. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Very expensive, balloons that were filled with helium deflated as soon as I got them home. however the worker was very kind and patient. still would not come back here again. will be going to Party City next time.

This store is great! They have such a huge selection that you can get lost in all the cool stuff. The prices are fair and the clearance stuff is unbelievable. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I have done many themed parties at my house for friends and the props always come from this store. I always arrive at this store with just an idea and I come out thrilled with everything I found to be as creative as possible when planning and decorating for a party.

I am disabled and the staff have always been wonderful if I have needed help with anything, including curbside pick-up. My latest visit is during the pandemic so it's just a "party" of 2 for my daughter's birthday this year. As sad as I am about that, I am happy that I can transform my house into a Luau Party for her, even if just for the day.

Owner is an absolute liar. We called ahead discussed our design, was told they'd send us a proof to look over and approve. Next thing you know, the signs and banners arrived and were unacceptable. We called, guy was a TOTAL Jerk! Now he has the audacity to respond to Carl Eckel's honest review with lies. Shame on him! Will NEVER waste money on this company again.

They have THE biggest selection of party goods I've ever seen in person. Hundreds of themes, colors and styles. They have a great selection of balloons and signs made on site. The staff is always so pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I've gotten my sons birthday party supplies there for the last 5 years. They have a lot of discontinued themes that party city no longer carries. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection. Will definitely continue to go there for all of my party supplies.

I placed a custom order for two star mylar balloons. I was shown what the custom image would look like, however the two balloons I got did not look like the custom image nor the balloons on their website. I voiced my concerns with the differences, and I was given the answer it's a star hybrid, and shouldn't this be more appealing. I would've had the image be bigger if I had known it was going to be a star hybrid balloon. Accountability was not taken here, that's all that was needed. My order was incorrect, period.

Great place to buy party supplies for all occasions! They have a huge warehouse. You can look online to see what they have or browse the store. Everything is categorized by occasion. I couldn't find St. Patrick's day themed paper plates anywhere in local stores. Party pro had them in stock, and I was shopping for them just 3 days before the holiday.

Best selection ever! Their customer service is 10 star! Totally meets our NYE needs! I never ever use anyone else! We just found out that Times Square releases 3000 pounds of confetti on 1 million people. We release 100 pounds on about 25 people. We win!
