Breakfast Report

Nova lox served with sliced tomatoes, red onions, sliced cucumbers, kalamata olives, stuffed green olives, scallions, and carrot sticks. Assorted juices in carafes, scrambled eggs with your choice of sausage or bacon. Served with breakfast potatoes, assorted muffins and croissants, butter and preserves. Add any of the following items from the Ala Carte Menu to enhance your Hot Breakfast Package.

Lunch Report

All express sandwiches are served with a bag of potato chips, cookie, mustard & mayo packets, and a napkin. All specialty sandwiches are served with pasta salad, whole fruit, a cookie, flatware, and napkin. All wrap boxed lunches are served with pasta salad, whole fruit, a cookie, flatware, and napkin.

Simply Delicious Gourmet Catering provided the food for our holiday party. The food was delicious and tasted amazing. We had skewers of beef kabobs, chicken and pineapple in a creamy white sauce, pot stickers, crab cakes with remoulade sauce, roast beef sandwiches, and we especially loved the bacon wrapped scallops.
