Had noticed this driving by before, decided to try last night. Wonderful pizza! Very soft bread sticks, perfect garlic bread with cheese - soft and not too garlicy. The pizza is very, very good and flavorful. I was running errands and the staff was kind enough to call me to let me know my order was ready, even though I had ordered online through an app service. Will be my new go-to for sure - thanks!

Fantastic pizzas and sandwiches, too! Plus probably the best coleslaw around! The owners are always nice and welcoming! One of our favorite places to eat!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Common sense, not all that common here Called to place an order as a first time guest because of all the reviews. I wanted to confirm the location & asked the lady who answered where they are located, literally this happened less than 5min ago. She responds Chicago. Clearly I had the wrong number, so I searched for Glendale heights and ended up calling the same number with the same representative.

I informed her the website says Glendale Heights but what city are you in. She responds Glendale Heights, I thought you asked the "state" that's why I said Chicago. I said the state is Illinois not Chicago, she said ma'am I couldn't hear you when you asked. I responded why didn't you ask me to repeat myself. I go on to provide name & number however she enters wrong number thus I ask to speak with someone else.

A guy gets on the phone & calls me an entirely different name than what I provided. I correct him & provide my name again, he still addresses me as someone else! I disconnected the call. The level of INCOMPETENCE the highest bar I've ever come across so far in the food industry. IDC how many good reviews there are. Customer service is key! Total waste! Pronto's Here I come!

Came here one day after a long shift at work, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. A big slice of pizza + a can of soda for $5 is a great deal. I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is soooo yummy! We're new in town and this was our go to place for feeding friends and family over the last 2 months lol From crust & sauce to fresh ingredients it's perfect!

I am not sure what is happening with this place. I used to go there a lot and they were consistent. The pizza was really good. The last couple of times Pizza was delivered the cheese practically slid off. It was undercooked and there was more crust than the actual pizza. It's disappointing because this was my go to place. I think that either ingredients have changed or the cook.

I assume the place is busy and because it's busy there's more room for errors. I was hoping I could insert a photo or video but it's not allowing me. I will no longer order from here. Pronto's Pizza is My new go to. If you had similar issues as I did try pronto's pizza. Thank me later.

This is our Friday (and Saturday) (and sometimes slices during the week) regular pizza place. It is without question the best pizza I've ever had. The staff.wonderful. The chicken tenders.wonderful. The pasta.wonderful. The pizza.wonderful. I truly can't say enough good things. Order your catering or pizza nights from here. Support local QUALITY business.

Meh. Average crust; low-moisture, tasteless cheese; sausage ok; sauce was very generic, no flavor. Probably best for children, not adults. Staff were very nice and friendly though. To sum it up, slightly better than Papa John's, much worse than Giordano's or Manalti's.

We ordered the double dough crust pizza and it was absolutely amazing! Will be coming back.

We have lived in this area since 2016. First time trying Generoso tonight. Both of us were pleasantly surprised! Service was prompt and our orders were correct. Hubby remarked how nice it was that he thinks the owner made a point of talking to him. Prices were reasonable! I like the location on Army Trail and the fact that it is on the corner of the strip mall across the street from McDonald's. I had the shrimp meal which was good sized. I would get it again. Hubby had the Italian sausage. Looked big as well and the price was excellent. We would both return.

Excellent pizza! This has become my go to pizza place when I order. I never had a bad experience with the pizza or the customer service. Highly recommend if you never ordered from here.

Our dog rescue, used Generoso delivery for our weekly Saturday dog shows. This pizza is the best. Generous toppings, never skimpy, everyone just loved it, never had any leftovers!

I was exhausted and was asked to take a holiday weekend load to Glendale heights on short hours. The recipients of this load would show up on Monday morning and if I was late all 160 workers be sent home because there was nothing for them to do without this load. I arrived more tired and more hungry than I've been in awhile. Out of hours I looked for delivery food close.

They were 2/3 of quoted time for delivery. Food was hot and fresh and delicious! And really quick! Everyone here is so nice polite and efficient. I wanted for nothing that was not in this delivery. Just as ordered. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy this food.

Amazing Service! They treat you like family every time and the guy at the front is super friendly. Love the lunch special of a slice and pop it's great, I also recommend the gyros too.

Absolutely amazing pizza and customer service. I flew in and scheduled to have the pizza delivered to the hotel upon my arrival and everything timed up perfectly. As someone who never had Chicago Deep Dish before, the gentleman that helped me on the phone was very excited about the pizza and assisted me in choosing what to order. Let me tell you. It was amazing!

I also had the cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce and the marinara sauce is probably the best marinara sauce I have ever had. You will not be disappointed if you go. 5 stars!

Was looking for a new pizza place, so checked the reviews on Yelp, big thanks to all for this recommendation! Ordered the half pepperoni half sausage with mushrooms and black olives. The double dough was very good, perfect balance of ingredients. They didn't go overboard with the veggies, and the sauce was not overpowering. They also gave a new customer coupon, most places will not give any discounts on a weekend. This will be our new go to without a doubt!

1st off I'm a pizza snob, Lou Malnati's sausage fan(feel sorry for your taste buds). Wish I gave this place a shot couple years ago, by FAR best za in 5 mile area, Pronto's ownership/mgmt could care less about frequent customers, Levato's ingredients have gone in the "can", Generoso manager personally greeted me on my 1st order & pointed out coupons, their sauce very mild, I had dbl dough, u can taste garlic & basil in the crust & hooked, let's keep them around for years to come

Ordered a Chicago style cheese pizza. It was an okay pizza. I didn't like the ingredients too much. Maybe too much Oregano or some type of spice. Crust was okay as well. People might like the spices on their pizza but for me this was too much.

Had this pizza for the first time today during the game. It was fine. I'd say the edge pieces were better than the middle. I think they were under cooked. I prefer my pizza to be crispy rather than doughy. That's my take after just a first try. Will see if another try makes sense. Definitely open to it.

Never a bad pizza from Generoso. I've been ordering from here for 15 years & they are consistently great. Always on time, Always Delicious food. The Sicilian stuffed pizza is my favorite and the Panzarotti are HUGE. If you have not tried Generoso, you've been missing the best pizza in all of Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Addison & Roselle.

Delicious pizza made fresh! Bread sticks came with good flavored marinara sauce. It's more of a pick up and take out place but we did sit down to eat there. Could use a table inside but they do have a picnic table outside.

These guys make the best gosh-darn pizzas. Everything is fresh and they don't skim on toppings. Menu items are decently priced and they always have amazing deals going on. You know how you know the pizza is amazing? You reheat it the next day and it still tastes great. It also helps that this joint is only 200 feet from where I live lol.

Outstanding Friday night dinner. We ordered a medium cheese and garden salad for the kids. We also ordered the Four Stack and Chef salad. We requested paper plates, napkins and Parmesan cheese packets. This was our first time ordering. It definitely won't be our last. So good, kids were really pleased licking fingers and all. Good quality cheese and wonderful flavors.

Decent place. Decided to try it yesterday because both my wife and I were both too "lazy" to attempt to cook and I had a taste for pizza anyway. So we got a medium thin crust with our favorite topping combination: sausage, spinach & hot Giardinera. Decent amount of toppings, everything was clearly tasted. The sauce was decent and it was nice and cheesy. The price was "average" I suppose, a tad pricey to me ($19 for a medium thin crust). All in all, I'd return.

Pretty good pizza! Good sauce to cheese ratio, perfectly cooked. Ok prices, decent coupons. Good service.
