Food is a huge part of any event. I'm so glad we chose The Food Architects to cater a small "sprinkle" for our daughter. The food was so delicious. My guests kept complimenting the food. The Italian Style Breaded Eggplant was fantastic as was the Asian Style Chicken Wrap. The potato salad as suggested (by Anthony) was a hit and the Farro Salad. The Field Greens Salad was packed with surprises.

You were also so right on about the chips. I thought, why do we need the chips and you said because we "make" them. So good! So much flavor. Never had anything like these chips before. Thank you for making our little event a big hit! Wish you were closer.

Anthony and his team were absolutely amazing. I've had ten years of experience as a chef and restaurant owner in Manhattan and I had to ensure the food at my wedding was top notch. After receiving quotes and speaking with 6 other caterers in the Central NJ area, I finally found Anthony & The Food Architects. I am SO glad I went with them. Our event was a 100 person backyard wedding.

The menu we designed was amazing. We opted for the premium barbeque option. We had: Ribeye, dijon crusted lamb chops, blackened salmon, roasted chicken as well as gruyere mac and cheese, a potato and cauli mash and some cold salads. Everything was seasoned perfectly, temperatures for meat were perfect and all of our guests could not have been happier.

Many went for seconds and asked for the caterers' business info. They also provided linen and other small things at the last minute. Anthony really sacrifices his time to ensure your event goes smoothly and does whatever he can to fulfill any requests. Fantastic experience and really made our wedding day special and memorable. Thank you guys so much!

FA has been my go to caterer for years. Their selection and quality are amazing. I wouldn't think of having a dinner party, or lunch party, or bar mitzvah with anyone else. They are reasonable and great to work with.

I'm in a band, and we get exposed to many venues and caterer's offerings on a regular basis. We played a party in Morristown last evening, and it was catered by the Food Architects. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the food was - from the pass around hor devours to the buffet main course. The mini sliders must have been angus or some top end beef, best in class.

The buffet's brisket was to die for, and the entire staff were amazing to partner with to ensure the hosts and their guests were well taken care of and that every detail was attended to. I'm going to highly recommend this organization to every client who is still seeking catering options from this point forward.truly awesome food.

The catering and service from The Food Architects are truly incredible! I planned a backyard-style wedding and Samantha worked with me to plan everything from the setup of the tent, chairs, tables, linens to the food catering and desserts. Sam was so knowledgeable in planning everything! The food quality is amazing.everything was delicious and perfectly prepared for our wedding. I would very highly recommend The Food Architects!

Recently had food at a birthday party catered from this company and it was without a doubt the best food ive ever had at a gathering. Everything was fresh and truly seasoned to perfection. I mostly ate the vegan options and every dish was better than the last- the portobello and eggplant sandwiches were out of this world

This is the caterer for you! Anthony and his team are absolutely phenomenal for so many reasons. The food was so amazing people were texting my husband and I for days after the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend the salmon, BBQ pulled pork, and the potatoes. People could NOT stop talking about the Salmon. Not only did they provide amazing food, but they were the kindest people ever.

They helped my servers and Brian got my bouquet for me right before I was about to be announced as he could see the stress on my face lol. They are a small business who also helped people throughout the pandemic. Besides the food, it was so refreshing to get a personal call back after the event and to hear the wonderful things this small business does.

You will NOT regret working with these amazing people. They are terrific inside and out and they have gained customers for as long as they are around. I didn't get any pictures of the food because it was that delicious, but I can not tell you how satisfied we were. The guests all said they wanted more food and wished they could take trays home! Brides and event throwers, book them today.

Held a beautiful engagement party for my daughter and fiance for 60 guests in a backyard and The Food Architects did an amazing job. Anthony Reis from the establishment was so professional in helping me plan for the party. He made sure everything was going to be perfect and it was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious. We did buffet style and one of our orders for a main dish was the Franchised Breast of Chicken with all the goodies and it was a hit, along with their other dishes that they provided for the party.

The Caterer Brian who delivered the food was polite and very efficient with setting everything up. Also, it was one stop shopping since I was able to go through them to order a Canopy Tent with lighting /Chairs/Tables/ Linens. Anthony helped with that too. They were prompted on delivery and everything was perfectly set up. I would definitely use again. MARY H.

Amazing food! amazing service! i discovered the food architects on doordash. we made a huge order at the office and the food was so good that we had it again the following day. their empanadas are delicious. their sandwiches are delicious. literally, everything i have eaten here has been soooo good! i went to their site to discover that there was a pick up option without all the extra doordash fees. there we found more delicious options so we ordered & i picked it up. it is definitely a hidden gem. i will be returning and i definitely will consider them for catering any future events.

My only regret is not finding them earlier. Delicious gourmet food. I usually order lunch or dinner but order a bunch of stuff to last a few days. I miss the food in NYC and this is definitely comparable. Definitely ordering again and again.

My wife and I used The Food Architects for our outdoor wedding in the midst of a pandemic. Anthony Reis, the owner of The Food Architects, made the stressful wedding planning a lot more bearable (we had to essentially plan a wedding in 3 weeks!) He was very responsive, professional, easygoing, and knowledgeable. We gave him an idea of the type of food we had envisioned, and he took care of the rest.

And boy did he deliver! The food was AMAZING. We had nothing but compliments from all of our guests, even from the pickiest eaters! We would definitely recommend him for any event, big or small. - The Palao's

We recently catered our daughter's bridal shower with Anthony Reis and The Food Architects, and to say we were thrilled would be an understatement. These guys are on top of their game and leave not one stone unturned. The food was PHENOMENAL! Our guests were raving! They are professional from the first phone call, to the final set up! I will never have to look for another cater!

They are the whole shebang! And I am not an easy to please customer. They met the bar, and surpassed it! First class, world class organization that are good for large parties, or just a take out dinner at the end of a long day. I can keep typing, but I will just keep repeating myself. THE BEST AROUND! Thank you to you all for making an overwhelming project of catering a party in your own yard during COVID, an extremely easy and seamless and painless event! You hit the nail on the head!

Ordered a spread for Super Bowl and it was a big hit. We got empanadas, an assortment of sandwiches, pretzel sticks, pigs in a blanket, and chili with tortilla chips. Everything was fantastic and I can't really pick a standout winner among all of the food! Will absolutely be ordering again.

Ordered two dishes to go from The Food Architects for the first time. The food was great. The owner brought the food out to the car, very personable guy. They even called the next day to check in. WHO DOES THAT!? Great food and Amazing customer service.

We catered chicken, sides, and vegetables, and Anthony gave us the best potato salad I have ever had in my life. Food was phenomenal and my family was extremely happy. Thank you to Food Architects and they will cater anything we have from now on! Thanks to Sam and Anthony!

I have ordered sandwiches from the Food Architects several times and each time the food is delicious. Their potato salad is to die for as well! Incredibly responsive. I needed to cater a small party (~10-15 people) and ordered some Mac & Cheese and potato salad from them. They were able to come up with the entire order within a few hours, completely last minute on my part.

I used them again for another party I hosted, this time ordering some finger sandwiches and the potato salad (again) - again great results. Everything is cooked to perfection. They give instructions on how to best serve the food, and they call you back a few days later to ask how everything went! What other kind of business does that these days? Those are some great people working there.

I have been so completely happy with The Food Architects! Everything from the ordering process to the delivery to the fantastic food to their wonderful customer service! The food ( produce, breakfast, lunch, dinners and desserts) has been superior to all others. The Food Architects is now my main source of ordering in. We will still order from them when COVID is long gone. We couldn't possibly be happier with their delicious food!

This year my boyfriend and I were tasked with hosting our first Thanksgiving for the family. As you can imagine, the first time hosting a family holiday comes with a sufficient amount of overwhelming stress. The food Architects helped us relieve all stress associated with the food aspect of things. Everything was so delicious we were so impressed!

They say you can only make a first impression once- well, I can attest our guests were just as impressed with our first time hosting as we were impressed with our first time ordering. We will certainly be using them again for any catering needs!

If I could, I would give the Food Architects 6/5 stars! Planning a wedding is stressful enough- planning during COVID = stress x 1000! Samantha in their office took such great care of me. She was SUPER quick to communicate and made sure all the details were taken care of. All my guests were raving the food and everyone was completely in love with the empanadas! I will definitely will be using the Food Architects in the future!

Delicious! We did takeout! Good portions and great flavor! We had the penne vodka with shrimip, field greens salad, spicy chicken empanadas (fantastic!) and the warm carmel bread pudding! We will definitely be ordering again!

Their chicken bruschetta panini is AMAZING! Can't wait to try other items on their menu!

Our daughter got married over the weekend. They hired The Food Architects, a caterer company. First I had doubts, since they did not require a signed contract before the event. I thought, what will I do if they don't show up? But they came in on time. Did their job professionally. The food is excellent and service is superb. I will recommend them to our family friends and relatives.

I tried the fresh greens with strawberries salad and the marinated grilled chicken sandwich. Just perfect.

My fiancee and I hired Food Architects for our wedding this fall. We made this choice after reading all of the reviews and after extensive phone calls and emails with Anthony and Samantha. Though our wedding was cancelled due to Covid, I still view our hiring of The Food Architects as the best decision we made regarding our wedding plans. We truly cannot wait for the next opportunity to work with them. Firstly, the attention you receive from this amazing group of people is unmatched.

I must have sent over 100 emails over the past year, many of which were likely annoying and unnecessary. But Samantha handled each of them with professionalism, grace, and patience. She is the true gem of this company and will work tirelessly to make your every wedding wish a reality. If you need something done, she will make it happen, and will make you smile while she's at it. Secondly, they will not price gouge you!

Their quotes are fair and realistic for the hard work that goes into creating their meals. And it is the best money you'll spend on your event. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly (for a catering company), the food is BEYOND delicious. My fiancee and I walked away from our tasting with full bellies and smiles on our faces. Each dish was curated perfectly to match the style of the event, our other menu choices, and our overall food preferences. If you need a caterer, please hire these fine people! You can thank me later.

We ordered for them for our town's movie night. Plan was we will get food delivery at our movie's venue. For some reason it couldn't happen. It was very nice of them to drop food at our place. They also put in some extra goodies. And when they got to know my daughter loves empanadas they put extra of those as well. Apart from their excellent caring service, food was awesome. We loved everything we ordered. Can't wait to try more from their menu :

I went to a wedding reception over the weekend in E. Brunswick, and I was impressed by the quality of the food. Mushroom ravioli, flounder, and especially the off the bone beef ribs. The staff was also fun yet professional. If I lived in NJ, these caterers would be at the top of my list.

Through meetings at work, I had the chance to use Food Architects for catering services. Their services and food quality never failed! I decided to use their catering service for a small gathering at my house. The food was spectacular! Everyone loves the gourmet sandwiches, their homemade ranch chips and their potato salad. My personal favorite is their portobello mushroom and mozzarella cheese sandwich.

It comes with other veggies and a flavored type of mayo. Hmm, it's delicious and I'm not even a vegetarian but heck, I'll have it again any day. You can have the food delivered or picked up. I opt to pick up the food and they are very prompted. When we got to the place, the food is set aside. Their place is small and you can order food but only to go. It's not a sit in place. Samantha is very friendly and I appreciate her honesty and in finding ways to save me money. She gave me some recommendations on the menu. I sent her an email and she responds very quickly.

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job on our daughters Sweet 16 party. We held it at the Oldwick Manor, and he is the caterer for this venue. He took the time to meet with us in advance and made some wonderful recommendations regarding the menu and overall event. The on-site staff was extremely accommodating. They asked questions during set up to be sure things were done exactly as we wished.

They were very attentive! The food was excellent! They handled everything from set up to break down and clean up. A class act. I would not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them.
