It's not by chance that LaCascia's Bakery and Deli is recognized throughout the local area as the place to go for the finest breads, cold cuts and baked goods. Dedication and commitment to quality has been engrained in this business from the start. After experiencing much success and realizing their natural talent for the business, 1929 saw another undertaking for the couple when they purchased a building in Medford, MA and moved their operation to a family neighborhood.Although times were hard and the great depression was taking its toll on the country, their hard work and focus on quality products and personal family service carried them through those trying economic times.

Sliced tomatoes, ricotta cheese, fresh garlic, basil, fresh mozzarella and shredded parmesan cheese. Marinated chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil, virgin olive oil, mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Tender all white meat chicken, broccoli florets, smothered in our own alfredo sauce and sprinkled with shredded parmesan & mozzarella cheese.

Baking is a passion and our team of bakers is passionate about what they do. From the lost art of hand stretching lobster tails and Sfogliatelle to handpicking only the finest ingredients through a variety of purveyors. We take pride in using locally harvested fruits, cheeses and eggs for our toppings and fillings.
