Conrad's Ruth Villa is a historic waterfront catering venue located on Frog Mortar Creek in eastern Baltimore County. Established in 1931, it has been continuously operated by the Conrad family for four generations. Constructed at the turn of the century our property features a Victorian mansion surrounded by elegant gardens and landscaped grounds.Outdoor pavilions and large shaded picnic areas offer unlimited possibilities for both small and large events. Waterfront views and abundant photo opportunities make our 15-acre estate the perfect backdrop for your outdoor wedding, or company event.

This is a fabulous venue. The owners and staff go above and beyond. We attended a wedding here and the food was pit beef, Turkey and ham. Crab soup and homemade salads. It was EXCELLENT! The place is gorgeous. The trees are meticulously pruned and the grounds are gorgeous. The place is surrounded by water with beautiful views. I also been to concerts here. This place is a true gem.

Beautiful views. Clean place. All to be over shadowed by "Ms Faye". What a miserable person. Not friendly at all. Didn't see one smile on her face for the 5 hours that we rented the place for. The absolute worse person for the position that she is in. LITERALLY, HITLER, would have been a better host. Lerking in the corner every so often. If not, staring at the multiple cameras in the venue.
She needs to leave, customer service is way past her prime. If this place wants to continue to service the "venue" industry, they need to replace the coordinator. If you don't know who she is during your party there, just look for the old lady with short "Bob" hair cut smoking on the balcony during your party. Ridiculous. Look elsewhere.

This place is great for any event. they have indoor and outdoor facilities and it's all fully catered. weddings, company picnics, baby showers or whatever else you can dream of. the view of the bay is spectacular and the landscaping really makes this place beautiful. don't hesitate to book your event with them.

Conrad's is gorgeous. Hands down. I've been here twice for an MMHA related event. The grounds are just perfect. Ample parking, gorgeous venue, private beach area, right on the water. The whole place is huge. I have not interacted with the venue personally (if I ever do, I'll update the review). I think it's definitely a place I'll consider whenever I have to plan a major event myself. Worth checking into!

OH MY GOSH! This place is absolutely beautiful. I never even knew it existed. Every year they host the "Rockin on the River" charity event, and I was told by a friend that I should check it out. Was a hot day, but with it being right on the River. we were able to dunk ourselves in the water when it got to hot. The house that is located on the premises is beyond gorgeous and I heard even hosts weddings. Something to think of, when I start my wedding planning!
