I am giving 5 stars because I had the best cashier, Denise. She was so nice and had so much energy, I loved it! 5 stars.

Saturday night time manager no help at all. I came in a half hour before closing struggling to find a product in the medicine isle. I couldn't find it so the manager came over for approximately 5 seconds, turned around and walked away while I was checking all the shelves. After the intercom said the store was closed I thanked the manager (sarcastically) for all his effort and help.

He said the store is closed. So never got the product even know it was there somewhere. What is wrong with people lately that they use the least amount of effort to go the extra mile to help someone? People are so LAZY to do any kind of work.

Very clean and lots of available products. Staff was very helpful and kind.

I had a great experience doing curbside pick-up. Christine was very friendly and helpful

I stopped in to have a couple of lobsters steamed for dinner. Justin in the Seafood Department was very helpful and had them ready for pickup in ten minutes. Super work! Thanks, JL

Placed an order for pickup it was the BEST experience! They made a few substitutions, all spot on, delivered right to my trunk in minutes! The Manager James was AWESOME and deserves praise! Will do it again for sure. Highly recommend the service and highly recommend this Watertown Stop and Shop and James!

They are compatible with "scan it" app on your phone. Use your phone to scan and bag as you go. At self check, just scan your phone, tap your card to pay, and leave. Clean store. Nice deli and bakery.

Closest Suoer Market to ne, so I was kinda forced to go there. However, I was pleased. The people I have encountered are super nice and know exactly where everything is. I wasn't told an aisle # I was escorted to the product.

Ive shopped here for a long time. Now they cant keep the shelves filled seems we need a new supplier not to mention a softer hit on the customers wallet. their prices are way up now compared to just 3 years ago. All in all their trying customer support is off the charts awesome.

Still one of the stores you can go to and not feel like you're responsible for putting the locals out of business. My go to place for my "big" list, leaving plenty to be spent at my favorite local spots.
