We hired Christine for our wedding (12/4/21). We weren't expecting how amazing everything was. Everything from the place settings to the courteous staff. The staff themselves were amazing and so friendly. Would 100% use her again, oh BTW the food was absolutely amazing everything from the homemade dressings to the meats.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Christine is very unprofessional and the food was mediocre at best. Extremely over priced and rude to work with. I'd get catering literally anywhere else, avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointed. Would not recommend this catering service to anyone. First, the food was nothing to write home about. We ordered steak, salmon and pork loin. Each were $31 or $33 per plate which included 2-3 sides and dessert. Price was a little steep but that was supposed to include delivery, set up, serving 'buffet style' and clean up. On the second evening, Christine sent a bogus bill with her employee that included a delivery charge.

We immediately contacted her via email and she said she had forgotten that she had upped the price of the food to cover delivery and for us just to disregard that charge. The very next day, she came and demanded we pay her the bogus delivery charge and started acting crazy saying we were trying to stiff her employee on his tip. Absolutely not true. The only person trying to stiff anyone is Christine. Buyer Beware: I would order McDonalds for my party before I would use this company again.

Really disappointed in her service. Quoted $22 per plate but charged $40 per plate for pulled pork and chicken.no alcohol! This resulted in a $1300 cost over run. The rehearsal dinner I threw at The View in Pagosa was $50 per plate for sirloin and swordfish and included all the wine you could drink. Beware. Christine immediately pressed for payment and when cost over runs were she threaten a law suit. Beautiful wedding. UGLY bandit cater.
