Hit or miss on the food. Some stuff is okay, some stuff isn't great. I've tried quiet a few things from here and the only thing I would recommend is the prime rib. It is delicious! Best in town. Rest of the food doesn't really taste authentic and a lot of stuff i have had tastes burnt. The service is awful. We always get the same waitress and she only comes to take your order and bring your check. Forget about refills. You go most of your meal with no drink every single time, even when the place is not busy.

I went w/ my friend that celebrates her bday there every year. My shrimp & potato was great but her prime rib was chewy but she told the waitress and Boom they replaced it with another. Great

The Mushroom Soup is creamy and delicious as someone who normally hates mushrooms this soup changed my perspective. The Alfredo chicken is made with a creamy light sauce which my son absolutely loved. Waitresses were very sweet and understanding with our 10 month old who made a bit of a mess.

Really great food, we came with friends and the restaurant was quick to seat us and serve us. The Golden Sampler was super yummy and we loved how it had treats for everyone at the table, no matter their palate and preferences. The pizza was fantastic; great, chewy crust and I cannot wait to return again.

An absolute staple in Kingsport! Real, authentic Italian food and for the price you get huge portions. Staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and their food is absolutely amazing. The best Italian food you'll find in Kingsport hands down

Wonderful Italian restaurant. Met some friends for dinner on a stormy Friday night. Our reservations ensured we had a table ready for us, but because of the weather, we probably didn't need to have reservations. This place is very large inside. They have at least three dining rooms that we saw plus a bar with plenty tables of tables and booths.

All of the staff is very friendly and kind. Our waitress happily took our orders and kept our waters filled. Then she packaged up our leftovers. Combination appetizer Two pizzas: pepperoni; the works One Stromboli that was so delicious One side of Caesar salad We will be back soon.

I have past this place a thousand times always intending to stop. Finally today my husband and I stopped in for an early dinner. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and attentive. The food was the best Italian food in the area. I definitely recommend stopping in.

Came in for a wedding reception. Great service. Good food. The inside was pretty large and lots of parking out front. They have a good wine and beer selection. The servings are large as well!

Service was amazing and the food was pretty good. I had the stuffed shells and I'm about to say something I've never said in my life.they were too cheesey. But still good. My boyfriend was extremely happy with his seafood and my son liked the table bread. I wish they served olive oil or something to dip the bread in because it was good but just needed a little extra flavor to be excellent.

I had the lemon berry cake for dessert and it was super flavorful. I only wish it had another layer of cream or whatever the filing layer was because it was delicious. Overall our experience was great and the atmosphere made it nice enough for a birthday dinner and yet casual enough for the kids. Will be going back!

Angel hair pasta was tough, oily, and loaded with garlic. Sausage calzone and accompanying sauce were bland. Both were disappointing.

Went in to eat on 02/25 and we sat down at table 1 The waitress took our drink orders and brought them to our table and then proceeded to take our order. I ordered a personal pizza with a salad that was told came with carrots and onions which when brought to the table it had neither. As I sat at our table for 15 minutes watching employees including my waitress in the back having a pow wow I had to ask another employee to find my waitress and I over heard her say do they need something?

When she approaches the table and I begin to explain the problem she goes into defense mode and proceeds to get rude so I asked for a manager and he come to the table and is so rude and disrespectful that I spent the entire time crying while trying to eat! Totally unacceptable this was our first time here and it will be my last! That's a check you can take to the bank and cash!

Really good! We had a group dinner here and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal! Our server wasn't the best but we got a laugh out of it. One person asked her if they had beer on tap. She just replied yes. Didn't tell us which ones. we had to ask specifically, what do you have. we finally got our answer. I would definitely come back.

Best Italian food in the tri cities. Nice atmosphere. Everything was delicious from the bread, salad to entree, chicken alfredo. We will be back oh yes and the carrot cake. Great salad dressing and the tea was perfect.

A proper and nice Italian restaurant with great minestrone soup ( full of veggies!) and stuffed mushrooms. Nice atmosphere with white table cloths and soft music. The angel hair with spinach was awesomely tasty. Excellent meal! Next day, back again for a repeat meal.worth the return! Definitely delicious! And professional service. welcoming and efficient. Picked up takeout and it was amazing, as usual. Great customer service and the carbonara and farfalle baldini were delicious. Tender chicken and perfect seasoning. We'll be back.

Was looking for a place to go for our Anniversary Dinner during the week, I'm glad we chose to come here. I had read reviews the food was great and they were right! The food was absolutely delicious! From the appetizers, to the garlic bread and every dish we ate. Our daughter went along as we are new in town but it was such a pleasant evening. Service was great. Mood was perfect inside the restaurant, lights slightly dim for romantic feel. Their house white wine was crisp and tasty! We will definitely be back!

The food is always pretty good, maybe not worth the overall price just depending on what you order. The customer service is decent. I've noticed there's a bit of a rancid seafood smell lingering from the bar area and the inside could use an update but overall I recommend.

I love Giuseppe's! They have delicious, fresh, and authentic Italian food. Everything is made to order and comes out hot and fresh. We have made them our regular Friday night date place!

I absolutely loved the food and staff. But for me, the choice to stay open in these times make it even better. Some of us are on the road with hotels basically shutting down all food and beverages. I'm a nurse and all about social distancing.but everything in moderation please!

Yikes. This place must be under new management or chef. Was there a few years back and the food was ok. This time I got gnocchi with Alfredo sauce. The chef must have been pissed, because that Alfredo sauce, was soup. Not creamy, tasteless, bland, and smelled weird. A few gnocchis were COLD. My one coworker ordered stuffed shells with marinara sauce, and THAT sauce was water. The decor is dated, dark, and smelled like cleaning chemicals. I will not be back.

Good old Italian food with great sauces and great options for everyone. We went during a baseball tournament with 10 little boys, their siblings and parents. All of us were pleased that there was something for everyone as most of the kids are picky. The kids ate and the adults were pleased as well. We will eat here again. Has a full bar and desserts.

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday night was seated very quickly. Came here from a recommendation to have the chicken Marsala and that dish is one of my ol time favorites to eat and cook so I had to try it. All entree comes with either soup or salad but I was feeling hungry and ordered both. The house balsamic is pretty good the croutons were a little stale and not crunchy.

Soup was ok veggies were over cooked but expected. Now for the Marsala ohhhh was it delicious they give you a large portion and you can choose the type of pasta you want. I do recommend it to others and I'm glad I took someone's recommendation.

Had a meeting of my legal group tonight, and we ate at Guiseppi's. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The pasta was fresh and the sauce was just the right amount of creamy. Highly recommend eating here.
