We had the pleasure of being served by New West Catering this weekend and were incredibly impressed with their delicious food and professionalism. This team dealt with a major power outage without a hiccup and served absolutely fabulous food - some of our favorites were the samosas, mushroom empanadas, caprese skewers, and rosemary Parmesan flatbread, but honestly everything they served was farm-to-table and delicious!
We particularly were impressed with Allison's management and communication between the staff and the wedding party. If you are looking for a catering crew in the Santa Barbara to San Luis Obispo area you will be in excellent hands with this team!

While planning our wedding for this past summer I had heard, time and time again, that New West was the best, however, I wasn't certain why.until I contacted them. From the very first phone call Janet was helpful, informative and inventive. We wanted something different. She worked with us to perfect a menu that we loved and our guests honestly cannot stop talking about the food.
They go on and on and ON! That's not typically what people rave about after a wedding, but we'll take it. The food was INCREDIBLE and the service was five star. I only wish I could go back and have it all over again. Jeff is an artist with food and it shows in every bite. We trusted him to put out what seasonal and freshest and he did not disappoint.
At our request, he also came out and introduced himself to our guests and they loved it and felt so special. It was truly a meal and an evening we'll naturally never forget and that cannot be accomplished without the fantastic vendors you have surrounding you. I could go on all day. New West catered our wedding a few weeks ago, and we are still dreaming about the food! When we first started wedding planning, my now-husband Josh said he just wanted the food to be good, and not the usual boring and/or gross food usually served at weddings, and I wanted a pescetarian meal so there would be nothing I couldn't eat. New West went so far beyond what we hoped for!
We asked them to make two delicate things that are usually terrible at weddings-- fish & vegetables-- and they handled them both so well that our guests will never forget it! We are still getting compliments, weeks later. We really can't thank New West enough for the DELICIOUS food at our wedding! Working with them was a dream, and it made our Big Day even more magical. Thanks New West!
