Create a meal that is perfect for you! Simply choose 2 entrees and 2 side dishes from our premier selections listed below. Your meal also includes your choice of fresh mixed field greens or classic Caesar salad, and either fresh baked rolls or our own homemade garlic bread. Chimichurri Tri Tip - An Argentinian staple used for grilled meats based with parsley, olive oil, garlic and chili flake.
Take the roast out of the refrigerator several hours before cooking to allow it to warm to room temperature. The only seasoning you really need is salt and pepper. After you salt and pepper the roast well, sear it, at 425° for 15 minutes, until you get a browned crust. Then place the roast, on a rack, in a relatively cool oven, about 250°.

So we ordered The Epic Tri-tip Dinner Special for $49.95. Get home and we didn't have one of the sides the broccoli ( whole reason we ordered that meal was for the broccoli) and called to let them know and they offer a free side the next time i come in. Wow i spent almost $60 on a meal and didn't get the whole thing and it wasn't even good tasting.
The potato's were dry and not very warm, beans were watery and no flavor. Meat was ok but it was not worth the price they are charging. I won't be going back so i was basically was charged and not given what i had ordered and they didn't do anything to make it better! We thought it was going to be this amazing meal nope not at all! Plus we didn't get are side order.
Look around before settling with this place. Santa Barbara Chicken Ranch offers better quality food, portions and better prices. You get a ton of food and they don't forget your sides!

I came here for the first time today with my buddy and we were SO impressed with their sandwiches. I got the cold Italian and my friend got the Pork Belly Cuban. These were some of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The Italian sandwich had the perfect amount of meat to toppings and the Cuban was so good with the thick cut pork belly. Also the bread was AMAZING. Overall a great spot for lunch and there's a reason this place has been open for so many years!

Great lunch. Good food and large portion for a reasonable price. The place is clean and staff are friendly. Gluten free options available. Update: apparently the gluten free hread was only available for a short time which is a disappointment. You can still get the insides of the sandwich on a plate, but they should really just have a loaf on hand.
