The application form is your way of showing the landlord and agent that you are the best candidate for the property, that you are able to pay the rent and that you will look after the property as specified in the tenancy agreement. Your application is reviewed against all the other applicants so making sure yours stands out is important. There are a number of documents that are often required to accompany your application, therefore before you go house hunting it's worthwhile ensuring everything is up to scratch.

Went here for brunch today. Totally lame experience. The chips and salsa were good but the brunch menu was underwhelming and my wife and I were both disappointed in the quality of our food. We each chose something different covering two of the five options, but again we both left food on our plate and holes in our wallets. Great location - close to the beach.
I liked the art and decorations as well but the food was run of the mill at best, and the service, environment and overall atmosphere certainly didn't aid in helping us feel like we got what we paid for. Left feeling ripped off.
