Had prom Here. The only complaint my class had was that the dance floor was too small for the number of people who attended. Other than that the view is beautiful and I had a pretty good time.

Had my first Sr. CITIZEN bus trip to see an ABBA tribute band. Lunch was good, chicken and scroll and mixed veggies and rice. Veggie tray for the table of 10. Good service. Coffee and dessert were good as well. Thanks to Oxford, CT Senior Center.

We photographed our first wedding here in 2021. I can't say enough about the staff at The Log Cabin. They wiped down chairs multiple times to give guests the best experience, and did so with smiles! The Log Cabin wedding venue has incredible views of the Pioneer Valley, but on this particular day, it was more like Misty Mountain. I personally love foggy weddings, it adds a level of romance and dreaminess to the pictures. I love that The Log Cabin had a separate space for the ceremony, it felt very private + as the fog rolled out, they got those incredible Pioneer Valley views.

We had our wedding on 9/17/21 at the Log Cabin in the Easthampton room and everything was spectacular! After having to postpone our wedding once due to Covid, it is easy to start getting worried about everything, but there was no need to, the Log Cabin has everything down to a science and they are amazing at what they do. We worked with Amanda as our event consultant who was a pleasure. Colin was our main/personal server the night of the wedding, and Kelly was the day of coordinator who greeted us right when we got there. Kelly ensured everything ran smoothly and also checked in with us to make sure everything was was exactly as we wanted, and it was! Colin was there if we needed ANYTHING.

He was always there to refill our drinks as needed and make sure the night was moving along as it should. The service from these two and the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the passed appetizers were a huge hit. We had a lot of guests from the eastern part of the state come to our wedding and we're blown away by the views! Our wedding was definitely with the wait and we are very happy we chose the Log Cabin for it.

The Upper Vista at the Log Cabin was absolutely Stunning! I highly recommend this venue! The staff was amazing. The Event Consultant, Nicole went above and beyond to make our day special, so dedicated, knowledgeable, and on top of things. The set up and attention to detail couldn't have been any better! Our head waitress, Taylor was so accommodating and attentive. Ian did a fabulous job, the food was delicious. Each and every person We dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Our guests are still raving about their experience! Thank you for making our day perfect!

We have been going here every year as tradition prior to the pandemic it is always been good beautiful atmosphere great staff clean organized and reasonable prices this year was a hard year for us all so we decided to go and try to have some normalcy the staff were great we were quickly seated perfect table looking out we decided to grab some food I have to say the food this year wasn't the best price's went up and the quality went down expectations were different then the outcome definitely not worth it unfortunately we will be breaking tradition and cooking at home we will not be returning here In the future

We recently got married at the Upper Vista at The Log Cabin. We had originally planned on getting married July of 2020 in one of the ballrooms of the Log Cabin, but due to covid, we had to change our plans. Through this all the Log Cabin was incredibly gracious and attentive to our needs. Nicole P. did an excellent job of reaching out to us to let us know about dates and timelines, and to make suggestions for everything from decor to ceremony scheduling.

On the day of Kelly did an incredible job of making sure everything went smoothly. All of our guests swooned over the mountaintop view, and the general beauty of the Upper Vista. All of the facilities were clean and pristine. So easy to recommend this spot to anyone looking to host a beautiful event in Western Mass!

This venue was the only place we saw when looking at wedding venues. A lot of times you see photos and the actual thing sometimes seems not as impressive. This place was the opposite. Not only are the views amazing but they do an amazing job with the landscaping and gardening. We had nothing but top notch help too; super friendly and helpful employees. Thank you for giving us the wedding of my dreams!

I have been running an organization for 25 years that puts on several dinner events per year, with 80-100 attendees, eating a delicious buffet dinner, hearing excellent presentations, and building valuable business connections. The Log Cabin and Delaney House have hosted the vast majority of our events, always with carefully preparation, well trained servers and managers, effective business practices, to the point that many of my customers chose to have their business and personal celebrations at these 2 quality facilities. I've gotten to know many of the employees, as well as owners, and they work hard for the money, and I am happy to give it to them.

A terrific location if your looking to impress. I've attended several different fundraising events and each one has been classy due to the service level of the Log Cabin. This isn't your run of the mill diner, you actually must wear a shirt and some shoes. If your looking for memories and atmosphere then this is that perfect spot. Every dollar you spend is without hesitation, worth it since these will be lifetime memories.

I cannot say enough good things about the Log Cabin/Delaney House. I am a member of a large volunteer committee in the area and each year we have several events at these two locations. This year we had an event that was expected to have 200 guests and was to be held at the Delaney House. Just a few days before the event we realized we had well over the 230 guests that could be accommodated at the Delaney House.

Without hesitation the staff of the Log Cabin, particularly Nicole and Lynn, jumped into action and were able to move our ENTIRE EVENT to the Log Cabin. This was done seamlessly! The room was perfect, the service exceptional, and the food spectacular. What should have been a panic inducing moment became an unforgettable achievement that would never have happened without the Log Cabin/Delaney House and it's incredibly dedicated staff!

The event was amazing and the guest of honor and his family were overjoyed with everything. None of that would have been possible if not for these wonderful people. Such service and care is hard to come by these days, but it is overflowing at the Log Cabin and Delaney House. I would recommend these locations to anyone. Thank you again!

Had my high school prom here and the experience was very fun! minus one star because my prom date hasn't talked to me since that night, and i thought we got along a lot better than that and that maybe we could've been friends even if she wasn't interested in a relationship. oh well, this place is cool and the views are to die for!

5 stars are not enough stars for the Log Cabin! I can't say enough good things about this place from everything to the view, the staff and the owners this place is top notch. We had my daughters wedding here last weekend and it exceeded every and all expectation. All of the staff were so caring and genuine and extremely professional. The owners are so hands on and really care about every detail.

The facility is extremely well kept and every detail of my daughters wedding was executed to perfection! I can't say enough good things about the team. Collin our lead server made us feel so at home and was there for us for everything. Josh Costa the manager was so professional and helpful and we were lucky to have him. Peter the owner was there for us every step of the way!

The food was amazing! We had lobster with our surf and turf and it was the best! All of the food from Hors D'Oeuvres to the dessert and the grilled cheese late night snack were so so good! I will never forget the amazing experience that the Log Cabin gave to us and how perfect they made my daughters wedding! I am just so thankful for everything they did for us!

Easter Brunch. I have one word to describe my experience, simply horrible. We were seated and greeted rather quickly and it all went down hill from there. The carving station was awful, beef was over cooked and fatty. I couldn't even cut into my piece. No fruit display other then a small bowl off the sides of the carving station that were never refilled.

The rest was mediocre at best. Our server, heart, was one of the worst servers I have ever had. I am a server myself so I tend to be very lenient during busy events but we were an 'extra seating for overflow reservations' and were her only table so she had zero excuse to pay no attention to us. She stopped by our table once to drop off drinks and then we didn't see her until we were done with our desert.

Our water glasses remained empty the entire brunch and we all would have loved a coffee with our desert! We did address it with her kindly only to be given an excuse about the computers lagging and thats why she hadn't been to us our entire stay. We finally flagged her down another 15 minutes later foe the check. Easter brunch was advertised with the year 2018 after it for 34.99 a person and 16.99 for children.

We were charged 36.99 per person. We asked her about and she said it has been the price all day so grabbed a manager. We showed him the website and he said he would honor it and then we left a complaint about the server and were given 15% off the check for the inconvenience. When brought our new check they did NOT change the price per person and only took the 15% off.

We were annoyed and frustrated at that point so paid and left without another word but that means the four easter seatings for brunch they had probably totaling to over a thousand people were charged $2 dollars more per person all day. I do not recommend the holiday brunch to anyone and they really should rethink or retrain some of the staff. Empty dishes, empty glasses, cold food, over cooked food. it was an all around train wreck and I will not be back.

You would think the view would be enough, (breathtaking mountainside views abound)! but, it doesn't stop there-fire pit areas with comfortable seating, the beautiful tent, ceremony areas (oh what a backdrop!), the various indoor spaces, elegant, classy with a staff who are always welcoming and accommodating. Absolutely fabulous, thank you Log Cabin! Your fan, Pamela

My boyfriend and I attended a benefit there last night. It's a beautiful place but we were quite disappointed when we ordered a Tito's with soda water served in highball glass and a bottle of Michelob. Our bill was $18 for the one round.not including the tip we usually leave at the bar. I think that was far too much. My boyfriend is not a cheap man by any means he is very generous and has no problem paying for something that he feels is worth the price. This was dissapoining. On the other hand. The benefit was wonderful!

AWFUL PLACE TO EAT! And if you talk to any of the employees they are over worked with double and triple shifts with no breaks, and if they do its after 8+ hrs of working. If you ever go on a holiday ask how long they have been working just that day! Food is cold and the orders are usually not what is asked for. Not worth the price you pay.

Nice spot for events and banquets. I feel like the decor is somewhat dated though. Bartenders and servers are very attentive, however after attending several events here I find the food to be somewhat lacking in flavor.

I recently attended a reception for a funeral service at the Log Cabin and was stunned by the quality of food and service. The food was served buffet style with beautiful presentation and servers that were quick to restock. The service was almost too good - kept places clean and whisked away plates as soon as you looked finished. The staff also helped us set up a slide show.

The views from the windows at this venue are amazing and the outdoor patio looks lovely, though we didn't get to enjoy it since it was very cold. I highly recommend visiting this place for a meal or considering it as an event space.

We attended a wedding at the log cabin, the views are amazing but the service is terrible. The site forced guests to wait outside the venue because they were running late, had another wedding going on so during the ceremony the reception could be heard. The worst part was a waitress quit and walked out during the wedding so dinner service was two hours late and food was cold and some people at the table were served and others weren't. Guests were having to clear their own drink glasses. The service was horrific!

I recently attended a group leader luncheon for Landmark Tours & Cruises and was once again so amazed at the outstanding service we all received during our time at the Log Cabin! They never disappoint. I have attended numerous events there and the food is ALWAYS amazing and the service--really top notch! Everyone at my table was so pleased with everything that was served!

I have recently changed to a vegan diet (vegetarian with no dairy/eggs) and the chef prepared a delicious vegan lunch for me and they also were kind enough to modify the dessert so that I could eat that as well! I hate asking for a special meal but they were so accommodating and didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance! One last comment---the breathtaking views from the beautifully decorated dining room really add to the wonderful experience! If you are planning an event--you should check them out! Thanks, Log Cabin!

The Log Cabin is the go-to Banquet Hall for formal and company functions in Western MA. I've been here quite a few times, however the most recent trip was our most memorable. The overall appearance of the venue is very warming, upscale, and inviting. The hall includes a dance floor, a stage area, and comfortable table seating for a few hundred guests.

The food is served in waves to the entire hall, depending on what you're having. There are 2 full-service bars, one on each side of the hall. Forewarned, the alcohol selection is very fair priced ($6 mix drinks) however the selection itself is limited (no real top-shelf liquor). The food itself is very good, and cooked to order. A guest at our table had an issue with what she received and it was corrected immediately with no hassle.

The desserts were excellent, and served coupled with a cup of coffee if you chose to indulge. Overall, my experiences at the Log Cabin have always been favorable. I'll always recommend having company functions or other things of that nature at this venue.

I came here for my company's holiday Christmas lunch-in. There was valet parking as soon as we came up. Which was great, because I was not in the mood for walking. We were able to check our coats in as soon as we came into the door. Everything about the place was beautiful. I bet it's gorgeous in the summer. They had a snack table, with a decent amount if fresh cheeses, crackers, veggies, fruit and dips.

There were dessert tables all over the place and a manned bar. The tables sat 10 people at each table. We had about 370 attend. It was packed. As we sat there, they continuously filled our water cups. We were served a fresh salad and Olive Garden grade breadsticks (yum!) Once it was our tables turn at the buffet line, there was a selection of fresh fruit, veggies, pasta salad, salad, prime rib, pork chops, chicken, veggie lasagne.

It was all really good. There was pies, ice cream, pudding, jello at the dessert tables. The only bad thing was that it was freezing cold! Lol. I would definitely come to an event here. It's gorgeous!

I attended a conference here today and it was a very nice facility. Looks like a "log cabin" from the outside with many added on additions. Nestled on the slope of Mt Tom, this rustic banquet house fits into the landscape without instusion. Parking is out front, side sloped, as well as up on a steep hill above the facility. Not the best set up for elders or wheelchairs, the w/c ramp is off to one side of the steps, but not well marked.

Inside was clean and spacious. The food was better than expected. It looked as they have some nice outdoor areas off the banquet room. I could only see a tad bit off the view as it was a rainy and foggy day but I am sure that it is spectacular on a clear day. I could see many gay weddings happening here.
