Mother of the Groom!

These people scared me. Not professional at all. Food was "Big Box Store" frozen things, that anyone can throw in the oven! The staff of so called 'professionals' were housewives in white coats, not that there is anything wrong with housewives, (My Mother was an incredible housewife!) lol, but I hired professionals, as I was told by the owner, who was about to lose it.
Like I said, we were scared of them, we were just waiting for the ball to fall and them to totally ruin our event. We all just whispered the word around to just smile and not say anything about the food or the staff, as not to ruin our 'kids' day. I guess I don't have to say, we did not hire them to do the wedding! Live and learn....we laugh about it now.
But never again! Talk to people who used the company before hiring them for anything special. We learned the hard way. I still get the "I told you so..." from my husband. My son was so in love and happy, he really didn't notice, good son! I was horribly embarrassed in front of the future in-laws though, since we threw this party. (Just a note, this was a few years ago, but I cannot imagine it got any better, I can just go by what I experienced) I stumbled across this because I am again looking for a caterer, thought I would give a heads up that might help someone else from the disaster that was this company and the owner, if they are still in business at all.
