Trifles Cafe & Catering

We had Trifles cater a celebration of life event a few weeks ago. I'm VERY picky about food and food quality. Everything we selected was way beyond my expectations and everyone who attended said the same thing. The food was fabulous! I highly recommend them for any catering event. We served veggies lasagna, stuffed chicken breast, beef tenderloin, falls salad, caesar salad, green beans, roasted potatoes and desserts. DELICIOUS!

We ordered hors d'oeuvres from Trifles Catering for an after-work professional networking event and everyone was impressed! Guests were asking us for the name because everything was so unique and tasted so amazing. I will certainly call Trifles to cater our next event!

We used Trifles for our mid-pandemic wedding on the hottest day of the year. Despite the challenges, their staff was professional, courteous and worked tirelessly. Virtually every guest complimented the quality and taste of the food, the passed appetizers particularly. And, this was no easy crowd: about half of us work in food service. Jean Ann was a pleasure to work with in planning the event, always flexible and responsive with a lot of great ideas to make our event a success. She even sourced the tables and chairs for us. Exceptional performance from top to bottom, I'd highly recommend this great local company.

Recently, I hosted a bridal shower. In light of our "new normal lifestyle", decided against serving lunch buffet style to the guests and chose to serve lunch boxes. My first and only choice was Trifles Catering. Not only were Jean Ann and Gerry a pleasure to work with, they were most accommodating. Trifle's lunch box menu is beyond compare! I chose the chicken salad option - ordered half grape chicken salad and half lemon chicken salad.

Both chicken salads were delicious and the presentation of the food in the lunch box - beautiful! Cannot thank Trifles enough and highly recommend them for all of your catering needs!

I ordered Trifles catering for my baby shower this past weekend and the food was excellent! We did a mix of breakfast and lunch items to achieve more of a brunch feel and the blueberry croissant bake and egg strata were perfectly cooked. We received so many compliments on the lasagna also! Jean Ann was so lovely to deal with and answered all my questions quickly and all the food was delivered exactly when they said it would be! We also ordered Chafing dishes and sternos through them and they brought everything we needed to make the food great for our special day!

Trifles was outstanding with helping us to organize a small, family wedding celebration, far from our home. The food was absolutely marvelous: Beautifully prepared and presented. Trifles accommodated a special request of Chicken Marbella (a family favorite), and it was exactly as we expected.scrumptious! Our server, Cindy was fabulous. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. Trifles is fortunate to have her. I highly recommend Trifles for all of your catering needs! My only regret is we do not have a Trifles in Massachusetts. Thanks a million!

OMG the frozen food I picked up last week was fantastic! We had two couples over for our first social-distance dinner on the deck, and everyone loved everything. We had the Bacon-Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed figs, Crispy Asiago Asparagus, Parmesan Crusted Chicken Cutlets, Broccoli Salad, and the Fancy Pick-Up Sweets. I usually cook for our friends, but was nervous enough about having our first pandemic gathering, so not worrying about the food was such a help. Now placing another order, just so that we can have great food available for a last-minute gathering. Thanks!

Ordered some frozen items (pulled pork, crab cakes and chicken marsala) & the hot chicken salad from the online store. The frozen entrees were delicious and enjoyed by everyone! The crab cakes may be in my top 3 ever! Hot chicken can't be beat as always.

They presented a fresh, tasty and wonderful meal experience. So grateful for the fresh fruit and sweet pastries. Everyone at my apartment complex seemed to have a great time thanks to your company

I can't begin to say enough about Jean Ann, Chris and the entire Trifles Catering staff. It was our 1st time using them for a private event, Clam Bake for our Company party. From start to finish, they handled everything, and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend them, and we will use them in the future again!

They are wonderful! I hired Trifles to cater my wedding, I've never really had great food at a wedding before, but they know what they are doing. So many compliments from my guests, plus they packed everything up for me and my husband to take home. The staff was amazing, Jean Ann is a pleasure to work with and they never overcharged me on anything. I will absolutely hire them again and again!
