Colorado Catering is a full-service wedding caterer. While we coordinate all of the unique details of your day, you will be able to relax and enjoy your own dream wedding. We value building trust with our clients, and work toward that goal in every interaction with you, from your meeting with our whole team ahead of time to ensuring that we are upfront about all costs.
After reviewing your desires with Colorado Catering Company, we will prepare a proposal. Once the proposal has been accepted, or revised and accepted, a contract will be signed and deposits paid, securing the services of Colorado Catering Company. You still remain free to make modifications, change your mind on menu or revise your numbers.
Each venue has its own unique list of what it provides, e.g., most have tables and chairs while others also provide linens. We have an extensive list of rental companies that can cover all your additional equipment needs. From different sizes and shapes of tables and chairs to great styles, patterns and colors of linen, china, silverware and glassware, your CCC wedding consultant will lead you through many options.

We just held our dream wedding at the CCC and we could not have asked for a more beautiful reception event. Estafania & Mike truly care about how to make your special day an unforgettable experience. We don't even know how to say thank you! The food was amazing the reception venue warm and welcoming. All our guests complemented the service and friendliness. We used them for our wedding in April and had a very mixed experience. CONS: the food at the tasting is NOT the same that they serve for your event. The sauce on the chicken was delicious at the tasting and then what they served was an extremely watered down version that had next to no substance or flavor. Additionally we had issues with the contract where they kept trying to change things or take away things that they said they would do. Amanda was very rude when we asked her to honor or even look into what was in the signed contract that she had changed and it took us having to push pretty hard for her to ask someone else and help resolve the issue.
She also made us feel like we were a burden to her time when asked to come to a walk through at the venue or respond to emails PROS: other staff members - Teryn in particular- were excellent and highly responsive. She went out of her way to correct any issues and was so helpful getting our bar set up. Also in particular, the appetizers and salad were very good at the event

Amazing service and food was delicious. They catered our wedding and they were very helpful and communicated the entire time we were planning our wedding. Emily was amazing the day of our wedding and was constantly assisting us and making sure me and my husband were okay during the wedding. Absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Eric and the team we worked with were absolutely phenomenal. From the start, they worked with our budget, kept us in the loop step by step and even gave us some tips on our honeymoon travel plans. They were professional, caring and made the entire process from start to finish an amazing experience. Going above and beyond is an understatement!
They provided service that my new husband and I could not have dreamed of having and were all around great people. The biggest compliment's we were receiving at the wedding was how great the food was and how amazing Eric and his team were. Out of one of the biggest days of our lives, Colorado Catering Company added warmth and happiness to an amazing day. Would recommend them hand's down to ANYONE getting married in Colorado.

I was so impressed with CO Catering! I used them for a corporate event and had a really positive experience with Angela in all of the process leading up to our event, including a lot of back and forth and count changes from my end that she rolled with super well. And the day of our event, our 2 CO Catering staff members who stayed on site, Imani and Q, were so impressive.
They were helpful and knowledgeable, going out of their way to help me and our guests multiple times (explaining ingredients in great detail to parents with children who have allergies, staying later than they expected for clean-up, and running back to help me out when I took the trash out as they drove off- which was my job and not theirs!). They were really great at managing the whole event and made everything run smoothly, I look forward to being able to work with them again! I was very impressed with these folks. I worked with Eric through the whole process. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Very attentive to details. Made lots of recommendations to save me money. They handled everything we needed from the food of course (which was delicious) to the table, chair, dinnerware rentals. They had and extremely smooth transition from ceremony to dinner seeing the event was in my back yard.
The staff that stayed on site was great and took care of everything we discuss with no need for additional direction. I would recommend these folks for any of your party/wedding needs! They were amazing!

Colorado Catering Company did an outstanding job catering our wedding! Leslee, Eric and their teams did a great job following up and keeping in contact with us leading up to the big day! They made picking a catering company so easy. I was nervous picking a caterer because it always seems as though the food is only good at the tasting. You don't typically go to a wedding and say, "Wow, that food was delicious".
But that is exactly what my me, my husband, and all the guests said. The quality and taste of the food they provided us on the day of the Wedding was honestly second no none! Everything from the food, down to the execution, and the personalities of the staff was exceptional! Thank you so much to whole Colorado Catering Company crew!
