Jacqueline Joves Lombardi - As the owner of Larimer Catering, Jacqueline has been providing delightful delicacies for Aurora area businesses since 2007. Inspired by her grandmother's cooking, she began her culinary career in San Francisco. After moving to Aurora with her husband, she attended the Art Institute of Colorado and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts.
Larimer Catering offers customized menus for any occasion. Owner Jacqueline Lombardi does not limit the menu selections but instead invites opportunities to master new types of food, be they old-world favorites or new creations for gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan guests. Whether you are having a small gathering of friends or a formal affair with hundreds of guests, Larimer Catering can provide you with a cuisine that will ensure the success of your event.

Larimer Catering creates customized menus and would be glad to prepare any selection you desire. Many items can be adapted to accommodate dietary or allergy concerns. Selections marked with an asterisk (*) can be prepared gluten free. When planning a hot buffet, include 10 or more individual servings for each selection in your order.

Fabulous. Everything I hoped for and more. I called on Tuesday afternoon for a party Sunday night, for 35 persons. Instead of laughing me off the phone, Jacqueline helped me work out a menu and got to work. The food was (as I said) fabulous. The preparations were exceedingly generous, well presented and beyond delicious. They were timely and very professional. After this experience, I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. The very best.

I highly recommend Larimer Catering. The food and service were outstanding. Many of my guests asked for their business cards and raved about the food. The meal was delicious with generous portions, a great presentation, and a very reasonable price. The mashed potatoes were the best I've ever had in my life! - even the leftovers were delicious Also, there were able to provide gluten and dairy options without sacrificing flavor. Call them today - you will not be sorry!

Larimer catering is absolutely the best, and my experience with them was superior. Their food and service were wonderful, and the staff all were outstanding -- special people I could trust with anything in my home. Days after the party, my friends still are raving about the amazing caterers I had and the high quality of the beautiful food they served.
Their presentation and work ethics were far above and beyond expected service. For example, the three women from Larimer Catering helped my two disabled friends get downstairs when they couldn't do it on their own. They were thoughtful and considerate, and helped make my event a beautiful night to remember. I was a guest this evening at a small event (about 25 people) that Larimer catered. They served a simple fresh salad (2 dressing choices), stuffed pork chops, mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables. There was also a small platter of lemon bar (like) desserts. The salad was just fine! Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and diced cucumber. The pork chops were stuffed with a bread stuffing with just the right amount of cranberries.
They were cooked perfectly, not dry at ALL! They had a nice brown gravy that wasn't at all heavy. The potatoes were perfect! The veggies were just a little over done, but super flavorful. (Steamed vegetables aren't easy to transport, and we started our meeting a little late.) Everything was the right temperature. The lemon bars were not like any lemon bar I've ever had!
They had a layer of custard and were not too tart. Just perfect. I was so impressed, that I asked the host who catered! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
