We used to come here for prime rib on Saturday and loved it. It was our go to place when we wanted prime rib. Tonight was awful. They no longer offer the tomato bisque soup, the salads were terrible (too much anchovy in the Cesar dressing). The best part of the meal was always the amazing popover, which they no longer have. The prime rib was so fatty I couldn't eat much of it at all and the pieces I could eat were tough.

We didn't even get any aus juice. We both ordered baked potatoes but we're given mashed. The prices weren't any lower but the amount and quality of food decreased significantly. I left feeling starving, even though the meal was far from cheap, and had to go get more food afterwards. It was terrible and we will never be back.

I can't give a review on the food at this restaurant as my group spent our entire time there in the bar. We requested a table when we got there and were informed that it would be a couple of minutes for them to accommodate our group of 8, sooooooooo we headed to the bar to wait. 30 minutes later we returned and asked the hostess for an estimated amount of time before we'd be seated and were told that the tables were ready but they had just seated a bunch of people and they wanted to be able to pay attention to us right away when we sat down, all right, back to the bar. 30 minutes later.we looked into the dining room and there were no tables empty and we left and ordered pizzas.

I'm usually skeptical of hotel food. Well this place did not disappoint. Food was over priced, food was burnt, and I have had better quality off the Kwik Trip heat lamp.

I used to be a long-term regular customer for Tuscany for about 6 years. I loved the food, atmosphere, and the staff. I also enjoyed the former male manager who was always friendly. His positive demeanor added more joy in the dining experience. A lot of customers liked him as well, and we were all friends with him. However, I learned that he resigned in early 2016, and this middle-aged (somewhat obese) female manager was assigned.

She was quite opposite from him. I never saw her being friendly to the customers or workers. She was rather looking upset and grumpy every time I ate at the restaurant. I witnessed a few times this woman manager was making aggressive, toxic comments to her workers. My friends whom I used to go there with noticed that, too. We also saw her drinking glasses of wine during her working hours.

As soon as she became the manager, things started to change negatively. My favorite bartender whom I knew for years resigned due to the manager's abusive attitude, and the competent chef was let go. I stopped seeing the pianist who provided pleasant music. I used to talk with the staff there, so I was aware of what went on. I realized how such pleasant dining experience can turn into a more gloomy, negative one.

The good food was no longer tasting good without friendly staff. So I stopped going there. They may have a different manager now hopefully, but I highly recommend the owner of this restaurant train the manager more thoroughly especially being a hospitality industry. It can hurt the business. I guess it already has because they lost myself and my friends as customers. I also heard some other people stopped going there as well for the same reasons.

I have been coming here for years, the food has always been great but the wait staff can definitely be hit and miss. Went last night with a large party and was very disappointed to see the menu and food has changed down to the bread they serve. I was there two months ago as well and it has changed since then. The new manager said they are shifted their menu to accommodate more families. I am anxious to see the new menu as we had an interim menu last night. If the menu stays as it was last night unfortunately we won't be returning.

We have been coming here for a while. The food is usually good. We enjoy the prime rib on Saturday nights. We usually go early. I am always amazed at how slow the staff is. The last two times we went we were the only ones in the place for the first 15 minutes and we still had a hard time getting service. The food is o.k., how ever its clear they are trying to cut corners/expense.

Food: 4 stars (try their Friday night baked fish, it's worth it!) Drinks: 4 stars Atmosphere: 2-3 stars Service: 3 stars Over all I give it a four. I've been to this restaurant about 4 times now. The layout of the place is a little odd. It feels like you're in a hotel. The first two times I went the wait staff was.umm. confused or new. They couldn't find a highchair for the table next to us and the poor family had to wait like 15 minutes for them to find one.

The last two visits they seemed to have things sorted out. The food is tasty. I recommend their Friday night fish or seafood linguine. The bar is a cozy with soft lighting and I've always enjoyed their drinks. They had live music each time I was there and the pianist was very talented and had a great voice. If they could update the layout and give the place a more modern feel I think they would be "the place to go" in Fitchburg.

My girl and I ate here last night and had an amazing time. It was beautiful and quiet at 7pm, we ordered a few drinks that were made perfectly, had the braised clams and muscles for an appetizer ( cooked to perfection ), and for a main course she had the seafood linguine (the taste was spot on, the sauce was creamy and covered the entre, some small shell pieces made it hard to chew through the linguine though).

For myself I ordered the seared tenderloin (I ordered it medium rare and it came just that way, the cut was tender with strong seasoning, it paired nicely with the steamed vegetables served on the side.) We will definitely be back!

Part one: Absolutely horrible service, the food was mediocre. The prime rib was tough, the hash browns were soggy so they were left untouched. As far as the price tags go, it was about right for the quality of the food BUT.service. way under the fast food mark. Our server first blamed the bartender for losing our cocktail slip (mind you there were only 9 diners currently and a handful of patrons in the bar), fails to refill our waters.

Upon receiving our tab, I waited 40 minutes for my server to bring back my card and payment slip. What blows me away after this. I find out that my server fraudulently helped himself to a 15% gratuity on my card! I left him a $0.00 tip for my experience there and he stole from me. The longer I waited, the more his tip decreased so he got what he deserved but I was in for a surprise in the end.

I do not and WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone. Part Two: I spoke with 2 wonderful employees in regards to my experience there and kindly explained to me that their system has been designed to "hold" 15-20% automatically and that if no tip was left, the normal amount of the tab would be processed instead. I was in complete agreement with this.

When I was asked "How can we make this better?", I decided to leave it up to them to find a suitable solution. I just received a call from the Tuscany Grill today and thought there would be some sort of closure to this matter but instead, I got a very unprofessional Mr. Abdul, Tuscany Grill General Manager on the other line. Before we could talk, Mr. Abdul insisted that he needed to finish speaking before I could speak so I let Mr Abdul have the floor.

Very angrily he expressed his opinion on this matter in short, he doesn't care if I don't like the food and that I shouldn't eat there again and they did not steal from me (mind you this review was in place BEFORE I spoke to anyone) and stated it might be the credit card companies doing. When Mr. Abdul was finished, I stated that I did talk with 2 individuals from there and I understand what has happened but to Mr. Abdul, this was unacceptable and would not hear anything more, never the less, I never got to saying anything before Mr. Abdul abruptly stated that this conversation was over and hung up on me.

Very rude and unprofessional from one manager to another. Nothing has been rectified so my review will not change. As a customer, I do expect to see the amount that I have signed in agreement to paying on my bank/credit card statement and also, I did expect more professionalism from Mr. Abdul. I guess if this is Fitchburg's best kept secret.please do us all a favor and keep it a secret. I do not wish Mr. Abdul's communication on anyone.

When we got there, the place was beautiful! Everything else about the dinner however, not so much. Waitress was very friendly at first, but seemed to get tired of us as the night went on. We placed our order and it took about 30-45 minutes to get our food, which we accepted because, by the look of the place (and the prices) the food might be worth the wait. However, that was not the case.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs (how can you mess THAT up, right?). My meatballs were COLD in the middle and the rest of the dish was lukewarm. I told our waitress that it was cold. She did not seem surprised and said curtly "ok. do you want something new or can I just heat it up?" I told her heating it up would be fine! They brought it back and the noodles were warm, but the meatballs were still cold in the middle!

It was as if they had just removed the two meatballs I had bitten into and threw it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Very frustrating! Throughout the rest of the dinner we encountered other issues: my dad's EXPENSIVE steak was about half gristle, someone spilled water on my fiance's lap when refilling water glasses, they took away my step-mom's dish before she was done putting it into a to-go box.

The final nail in the coffin was when we finally got our checks. We had them split into two bills and each put a credit card in each of our check holders. When the waitress came back she threw my dad's check holder at him with a quick, "Thanks guys, " and ran away without giving me mine. We had to track her down and ask her about it. She finally brought it back 10 minutes later with barely an apology.

The waitstaff all night seemed very rushed and distracted although about half of the tables were empty! All night we just felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. Very disappointing for the price and the decor! First and LAST time we will EVER go to this restaurant!
