DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used this company for rentals for a cheerleading event (pipe and drape, chairs, tables, and staging). They arrived on time the morning of and had many workers. We were pleased that so many people were getting things set up for us. As the morning went on, the head worker was on his phone video chatting and stopped working multiple times.
I had to keep reminding him we needed all of these things et up by a certain time. He told me he had another job as well so was working on both those things. Luckily everything was set up on time and our event continued on. The real problem happened when it was time to clean up. The crew was due back at 3:00 p.m. No one showed. I called and called and still nothing.
Me and my staff attempted to take down what we could because we only had the venue until 5:00 p.m. At 5:45 p.m a crew of two people finally showed up. The head workers let me know he was never told about this and had to interrupt his dinner for this. We had to wait around for them which ended up costing us more money because we had to extend our time at the venue. Days after the event I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company and it has been radio silence. Trust me go with ANYONE else.

My experience was fine until a few days before the event when I was trying to figure out when the tables and chairs would be delivered. They had told me to call Tuesday or Wednesday before the event since they usually deliver on Thursday and Friday. I called Wednesday morning and they told me it was going to be delivered on Thursday but they hadn't mapped this route yet and to call Thursday morning to get a better time frame.
I called Thursday, and at first the girl on the phone told me it would get delivered Friday, and when I mentioned that I had spoken with someone the day before and he had told me something different, she went to go check and called back saying it would get delivered Thursday after 12. I then asked if she could give me more of a time frame and she said that was all she could tell me.
I asked what time deliveries were usually made until, 4 PM? 8 PM? I just wanted to get a better idea, since it seemed like such a large time frame to be waiting at home, and she couldn't give me an answer to that either. I called again a little while later to see if they had a better idea of a time frame, and this time spoke with the warehouse manager who was extremely rude and said that they were doing me a favor by delivering the tables on Thursday (which they were not) and that I was free to cancel the delivery and get my money back, obviously knowing I wouldn't do that since it was 2 days before my event!
Ultimately everything got delivered at 5 PM on Thursday and I was happy with the items but I will definitely not be using them again because of their terrible customer service

Really frustrating experience here, and even though the owners son was great at the end and tried to help, it doesn't change how stressful they made our week! I ordered tables, chairs and umbrellas for 50 for a mid June event in mid April. The woman on the phone was great! Gave me tips, walked m through the process so so easily. We were booked. But I never got an email or confirmation so as the date comes closer, I confirmed a few times and everything seemed to be in order.
I asked when I should pay, and each time I called, I was told, "next time you call, closer to the event week." So event week comes and I call to ask about delivery and to pay. Again I'm told I can pay a day or two before so call back. For delivery I'm told it'll be the Thursday before my event. Thursday comes and I get a phone call saying they are CANCELLING MY ORDER!
Two days before my event with 50 people coming to my house. She (the owner) said I was too far for them and she didn't know why they even took my order. Not my problem. So I argued till she agreed to come. Friday around noon, two of the most rude men start throwing tables and umbrellas into my yard. When I asked one of them if it's customary for them to open up the chairs and set up or not, he shrugged and walked away.
My feeling was he probably didn't speak english. The other guy attemo dnti understand but said they don't usually set up, then offered to begrudgingly. Everything was old and gross. Chairs had chipped paint and were rusted bad. White umbrellas were dirty- actual dirt and black stains. The wooden tables, aside from each one being different to the next, were chipped and wood was sticking upright, ready to give you a nasty wound.
I had to nix the plastic tablecloths and go get thick ones so my guests didn't get hurt! THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT! I told the owners son, he took some money off the order but it left a horrible taste for the company. Will never use them again.

They are good until something goes wrong. I have used them for years for Thanksgiving and any large events. I would have sworn by them in the past. This Thanksgiving, I ordered 32 Chiavari chairs. Half of them were chipped. We called numerous times; each time they promised to bring replacements until it was already Thanksgiving day and I had to set my table with those chairs(so much chipped wood).
The next day, the owner/representative said they would give me a credit to make things right. So far I have heard crickets. They are great when it comes to taking your money, but I would tell you to go elsewhere. They don't fix things when a problem arises. If they wouldn't make a long time customer happy, I don't think they should be trusted.

Great Experience working with Norman and Staff to pull off an awesome event in my backyard in the middle of the winter. Norman visited the space multiple times prior to the event to make sure all will off without a hitch. Despite my reservations, everyone was toasty warm and had a great time. Looking forward to many more tented events in the future!

I recently used ABC Party Fabulous Events for a party in my backyard and they were amazing! The job was complex with multiple last minute changes, but ABC pulled it off without a hitch. All the while, they were assisting and advising with every aspect of the party. The Customer service was the best I've experienced. I highly recommend ABC Party to anyone having an event of any size.

Fabulous Events Party Rentals were so amazing to work with! They had the most beautiful and unique linens that I hadn't seen anyplace else. Everyone at our wedding loved our decor, and I had so many guests ask where we got them from. It totally boosted the look of our venue! I'm so glad we found Fabulous Events Party Rentals. Their team is very professional and our wedding coordinator at our venue was very impressed by them. We recommend them strongly. A++++
