At the heart of Savory Palate is Chef/Owner, Judy Carson. For over 20 years, Judy has been honing her culinary talents and event management skills in the foodservice and hospitality industries. Her professional experience includes 10 years in management with The Black Sheep, Amherst, MA; Director of Conferences and Catering, Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa, NH; and most recently, General Manager of Catering at UConn, Storrs.
Each event is unique. It is our desire to provide you with the highest quality food that will compliment the atmosphere you are trying to create at your gathering. Be it an informal, family barbecue; an evening wedding reception in June; a first birthday; or a just-because brunch with friends, we're here and available to dream with you about your special occasion.
