I came in at 9am at the lady at the counter was very rude to everyone there. When it was my turn I asked for a hazelnut ice coffee and she said we don't have it, then I was like okay we'll do you have an ice coffee and she was like yes so I said okay can we do a vanilla and she was like no we don't have it with a very bad attitude and just giving the ugliest stare, she had short grey hair older possibly Latina yuck to her customer service I just said ty and walked out and went to Starbucks.

A sad decline. I haven't been to a Corner Bakery since 2019 and met a friend there today for lunch. I cannot recall a deeper fall from grace for any other restaurant. The portions were meager and the quality of food was less than you could make at home for a fraction of the cost. I had the "Uptown Turkey Avocado, " poorly named and over-priced.

A passing glance of avocado + a sad few slices of pressed turkey meat (a single layer on about half the bread) with one slice of bacon along with a wilted side Caesar. It was a sad excuse for a sandwich and not even a meal. My friend had a simple bacon avocado scramble and the restaurant was out of potatoes as a side dish. Save yourself the time and money; go somewhere else or pack a lunch.

Service and coffee were great. Unfortunately the food is hospital cafeteria quality, but restaurant priced. Maybe it's just what I ordered. Scrambled eggs from a carton. Potatoes from a frozen bag. Bacon delicious. Denny's is priced the same and better quality. Yes you heard me, Denny's.

The whole staff is very accommodating. We wanted to especially single out Zoe. She's friendly, efficient, thoughtful, considerate and kind. She gives top-notch 5-star service!

This place has become a favorite of mine! I love stopping here before heading into work for my sweet cream cold brew coffee and a yogurt parfait. I love the coffee here because it's not sickeningly sweet! Still has that bitter taste I enjoy with a light creaminess. The yogurt parfait always hit the spot. Fresh berries and granola, can't go wrong.

The avocado breakfast wrap has become one of my favorite things for breakfast. It's such a great grab and go item and perfect for eating on the go. The eggs are always perfectly cooked and I LOVE the green chili salsa they add. I love how friendly all of the employees are. They have never taken longer than 10 minutes with my order which I greatly appreciate. I've never dined in here, always to go, but I have noticed tables left dirty on a few occasions and a sticky floor. Other than that, I'll keep coming back for that delicious coffee and wrap!

Food was okay, panini was not toasted. I would like a quick enjoyable place to eat lunch near work but the place is so dirty on the inside. Tables, chairs and floor are so dirty it was uncomfortable.

First of all I love this restaurant and have had nothing but a positive experience with the mission valley location. Unfortunately the customer service here is worse than the terrible food. Ordered the Anaheim panini. Was given a soggy piece of toast with slop thrown between the pieces of soggy bread. When I asked them to retoast it they replied they do not have a press and it is toasted in the oven.

Then why call it a panini and why every other time I have ordered it does it have grill marks including the picture on the menu? My mom ordered scramble eggs with cheese melted. What she got was dry overdone eggs with cold cheese thrown on top. The staff was super rude when I asked them to retoast the panini and redo the eggs. The first girl ignored me rolled her eyes and let the other girl talk to me like she didn't want to deal with it and I was bothering them. Second time being retoasted and it was still soggy and gross. When I again asked for it to be toasted they said that's the best they can do without a panini press.

I've been visiting Philly for business for the past ten years.minus the pandemic. I stop into this place a few times a week to grab coffee and breakfast on my way into the office. This is my first time back in Philly in three years, and I was so glad to see a familiar face at the Corner Bakery. Wendell has always been friendly and helpful, and he has a great attitude, something that is often missing in the service industry. There is no Corner Bakery where I live, so this is my first time getting my favorite breakfast here, overnight Swiss oats, and hazelnut coffee.

I love the cookies at most CBCs but, I visited this one and when lady came out with what I thought was a fresh batch, I purchased 4 stale, hard cookies that almost exploded when I took a bite. Obviously day old. While I will continue to purchase from Corner Bakery Cafe, I'll never return to this one. If I owned this one, I'd cook new ones in the morning and batches as need during the day.

After our Dinner in Javier restaurant, my kids still wants to hang around and I wanted a coffee. So we saw this Corner Bakery Cafe. Ordered my Coffee and Bunt cake and my kids ordered their Caramel drinks. The only thing I don't like is how Dirty most of the Table was that I had to pull out my Pocket Lysol wipes to wipe our Table. And the Floor is also a lot of mess. It's my first time to this place and we came like 1 hour before their closing so I don't know if this place is clean at an earlier time.

All our drinks are okay but the Chocolate bunt is way too sweet. I will give this place another try at an earlier time to see if this place is cleaner in earlier time of the day.

I've been to other corner bakery locations and usually the food is better quality but not this location. Ordered the Caesar salad and the lettuce was brown and wilted and tasted really strange. Ended up taking it back and getting the tomato soup. it tasted like Ragu. Won't be returning.

My workplace order Corner Bakery to be catered for a team who flew in for meetings. This was the only out of 5 restaurants where the Bakery employee actually set up and prepared the food, utensils, and coffee. Not only did he prepare, but he made the set up look nice & was friendly & smiley! The packaging came clean & free of spills & looked presentable! Also - the bagels, muffins & yogurt were all so so good! (Yes I ate all 3).

Man this hit the spot. We frequent Panera bread more than we should so decided to try another like place. I'm glad we did. UTC dining can get overrun with wait times specially in the weekend so we slid into this spot easily. Great food. Great quality and wide ranging menu. Will definitely be coming back.

I like visiting bakeries when they open in the morning and breathe deep the aroma of fresh baked goodies. I arrived at Corner Bakery a bit before opening time. Peering through the window I didn't see anybody until a few minutes after 7am. I had a bad feeling as I entered. I did not smell anything baking. The air here was cold and dead like a tomb.

I surveyed the bakery case and picked a bundt cake. I took a bite and found it hard. Not much flavor. Definitely stale. Examining the cross section I saw that the outer half inch was transforming into a yellow glob while the inside was still fluffy. I estimate the bundt cake had been sitting in the case for at least 2 days. I've had treats sit at home for a day and while the fresh flavor is gone you don't have this huge transformation in texture.

Back when Corner Bakery was new right before closing time they would give away all the stuff in the bakery case and they would bake fresh the next day. It appears that is no longer the case. 2nd visit I tried a sugar cookie. Cookies was hard. Flavor had some sweetness and had some of the typical flavor you get from a sugar cookie. I could tell this cookie wasn't fresh but it had not turned stale yet.

It appears Corner Bakery keeps their baked goods in the case till they sell. Had the soup and a sandwich. Both were very good. Staff was friendly. You order at the counter, and they bring your order to the table.

They keep on canceling my order through Uber eats after waiting for almost an hour, disappointing really.

Corner Bakery Cafe had advertised a coupon in the past that offered two entrees for $9.99. It essentially was a buy one, get one free type of deal after looking at the menu prices. This location at the Westfield UTC Mall was the closest one so I stopped by to pick up some food for dinner. They had a couple of dedicated spaces in the mall parking lot for to-go orders, but I didn't need to use either one.

The setup inside was eerily similar to Boudin SF or Panera Bread. Their Power Greens & Grain Salad was a featured item so I selected that along with an order of Cavatappi Marinara. The salad was loaded with the following ingredients. sliced chicken, toasted chickpeas, whole grain farro, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a sliced hard boiled egg. The greens were a blend of kale, arugula, and spinach topped with a honey balsamic vinaigrette.

Outside of the great value from the coupon, nothing much stood out from my experience. The food was average and comparable to its competitors. The service was solid for a take-out order, and nothing was messed up. The result was a three-star rating from me.

Food is beyond mediocre and expensive. Chicken taste like gross mystery meat. Please don't waste your money here

My girlfriend and I stopped in during our Valentine's weekend in philly. She saw the shop from across the street while we were walking back to check out of the hotel we had stayed at. She got a mint coffee, which she absolutely enjoyed. The mint not only helped her wake up, but she loved the fresh feeling after each sip. They have a large seating area. However, due to covid restrictions, I'm unsure if the entire dining area is open.

Don't try to call them because they won't answer. If your able to get through to someone it will be a rude rep who will hang up. Clearly understaffed. Food is decent for the price.

Today, I had cheese eggs, chicken sausage patties, toast, and bacon with a side of mixed fruit. I really enjoyed it all. Very satisfying.

Good coffee, pastry (got an almond danish thing) was delicious not too sweet which makes it perfect for black coffee imo only thing was coffee cups leaked and flooded my cup holder that sucked. Got the chicken sausage wrap which was good also

My family and I stopped in here for a quick brunch. While the food was good, the waitresses who took our order seemed bored and bothered. They actually were rude when we asked why we didn't receive certain items we had requested. The food itself was satisfying but nothing special, considering many of our dishes were incorrectly prepared and we had to pick off a lot of food that we specifically asked not to be included. I give it 3 stars mostly based on poor customer service.

NEVER COME HERE. Customer service was horrible and all the waiters we're annoyed to serve me. Some of the girls that worked there had the WORST attitude I have seen. Embarrassing. Food was served cold even though I spent a lot of money there. When I ordered coffee, the cup was extremely hot. I burned my hand when they handed the coffee to me. Unbelievable, I would never go there.

I had soup and sandwich. The soup has burnt flavor and I couldn't eat it. The sandwich bread and chicken weren't fresh as well. Taste like pure leftover. Don't try this place at allllllll

The minute you open the front door it smells like bacteria, like someone is cleaning the counters with an old smelly full of bacteria rag. That dirty smell teaks thru this whole restaurant. Coffee is not updated. By 3:30 the coffee is cold when you help yourself from the dispensers. This is Managements fault.

The manager - Gabriel E. is the worst person to be taking orders and to be in the front of the cafe. So rude, disrespectful and he was rushing. THE 5 OF US WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!

I ordered soup and avocado turkey ( soup so cold and sandwich has one slice avocado) floor so dirty! First time visit that location and last time!

Meal was not to bad but was expecting better quality, people working there were pleasant and the restaurant was pretty clean, I just wish that my meal was more enjoyable because I would have given it another star Stop in and check it out for yourself

Apparently a simple egg and cheese sandwich costs $13. They charge you for everything they don't put on it. It's pretty easy to add some more basic/vegetarian items to the menu. You have the technology.

I ordered from Uber eats. Chose a BLT sandwich which was so good! Also got a lemon square and fruit cup. Nothing was missing and I'll definitely be back for more breakfast items.

Worst customer service with very bad attitude. Kids meal is such a small portion and they very reluctantly handed me the missing item (not my fault!). The panini was not hot pressed at all! And after I opened my food later, I found out yet another missing item--bacon! Bad service and bad food preparation, why would you ever want to start your morning like this? P.S. the photos show the food before we touched anything!

One of few places open on Saturdays in city. Sad so many close at 4 pm on weekdays. Food was good, service quick and friendly staff.

I have never experienced worse customer service than I did today at this Corner Bakery location. I don't know how the manager got his job. He should not be working in customer service at all. I am a loyal rewards member with the Corner Bakery app. I order the Cavatappi Marinara on the regular. On the app, there is no option to add an extra side of parmesan cheese. I'm attaching screenshots as proof. Therefore, I always ask for an extra side of parmesan cheese when I pick up my order.

I have never had an issue before. They give it to me with no questions asked. However, today was a different story. I asked the manager for an extra side of parmesan cheese. He told me that there would be an additional charge. I told him that I've never been charged before. He told me that I'm wrong and I should've been charged before.

I told him that I didn't have any money because I placed my order on the app. He proceeded to say, "Okay, bye then." I was absolutely shocked at his response. I responded by asking if he was serious. I genuinely thought he was joking or being funny. He said, "Why didn't you just add it on to your order? People do it all the time." I told him that the app does not provide any option to add an extra side of parmesan cheese.

He proceeded to argue with me and tell me I'm wrong. I told him that I would show him on the app so he could see for himself. Then, he walked away from me. He completely turned his back and started helping other people. I was baffled, but I didn't leave. I pulled out my phone and waiting for him to come back. He finally came back with a couple tiny sides of parmesan cheese for me. Wow, so generous.

I showed him on the app how there is no option to add a side of parmesan cheese. I did it right in front of him. There's no denying it. Of course, he had absolutely no response. He didn't apologize or try to make the situation right. He had nothing to say. At that point, I just walked out. As you can probably imagine, I will not be returning to this Corner Bakery location.

The blatant disrespect that the manager showed me is unacceptable. I've truly never been treated like that by any employee at any restaurant, store, etc. He should be fired for his behavior.

We're on finals week so I decided to order take out. I ordered a pasta and they gave me a very small serving. It only filled the bottom of the bowl. Disappointed with my overall food. My garlic bread was also burnt and hard. I almost broke my braces.

The eggs literally tasted like cardboard. It was my first time trying through Uber eats and I regret it. I should have known when I went to the Philly location and they didn't service us or provide masks when we asked since we didn't have any on us and our car was in a car garage because we had no idea that there was a mask mandate as we are out of state so I decided to DoorDash the next day. Those eggs were the worst thing I ever tried. The kids didn't even like the pancakes. It's a disappointment. The location was exceptionally clean.

Great restaurant to get a quick flavorful meal. Quality is great and the service is amazing. It feels like a hide away from the busyness of the work environment. It has a very comforting atmosphere.

Very great mac and cheese 10/10 live laugh love it. The mac and cheese is very good in my personal opinion. I really like the garlic bread also and the food here is overall pretty good here. The cinnamon rolls are also very great and very filling. I recommend this place.

Decided to come here for a quick to-go lunch and to finally try this place out. Upon entering, I definitely got a whiff of a Panera Bread atmosphere. I haven't been to Panera in a few years but if you showed me a pic of Corner Bakery and Panera, I wouldn't know the diff lmao. Chicken Pest Sandwich - Average. There's nothing unique about this sandwich, but it tastes exactly as you would expect. Like, it's tasty. It's a sandwich so it's hard to go wrong with it.

To be honest, I have no other comments for Corner Bakery sandwiches. It's just decent. I wouldn't mind eating it again for a quick bite. Overall, everything about Corner Bakery is pretty average in my opinion. Decent service, ok food. Nothing special imo, but no red flags!

A tragedy in the making. I ordered the soup and sandwhich combo and I was very disappointed. This is so unlike the corner bakery I knew prepandemic. The soup was cold and chicken pomadorie sandwhich was just sad. You could tell the bread was pre grilled to reflect the grill marks, but wasn't panini pressed to melt the cheese or warm the sandwhich. The cheese, chicken, spinach, were thrown into the bread which was dry because it didn't include the basil aioli. Just devastatingly sad.

I've been coming to this place for years, but the last 3 times I came -- all during what are supposedly open hours, it's been closed. The last time I came at 5:55, 5 minutes before they close, and all tables were already cleaned, chairs upturned and the doors ALREADY LOCKED -- all while they were still supposed to be open! And what restaurant closes at 6 p.m.? Do you not WANT to make money?! So 3 strikes and you're out. I am no longer going to be the loyal customer I was for years.

Don't let the picture I post fool you. This place is just a one start to me. We ordered the egg avocado bowl and specifically asked to get it with no onion at all as my bf is highly allergic to it and sure enough it came out with green onions mixed in the eggs. We returned it and asked for money back and there was not even a manager coming out to check on this.

The couissant on the other plated was pressed down flat as can see on the picture, when they are being pressed, it becomes really oily. The potato were aweful as if it was taken out of the fridge and toss on the grid lightly just to warm it up. The texture is tough and cold. Nasty! The large coffee cup leaks after 10 minutes and we changed to another one and it still leaks, thank hod we found out at the restaurant and did not take it to go and leave it in the car.

They should not even use this cup or at least double cup it. To my opinion, a chain restaurant like this should have hire a better manager or someone who knows better to check on the food before it serves to the customers. We mentioned about the allergies, the cashier did put the note down hut somehow the food came out wrong still, who should the blame go to? We agreed not to go back any more. Really disappointed with this place.

The manager at this restaurant is the most disrespectful person I have ever seen in this business! I just walked in ordered food and he gave me attitude I thought may be this is the early morning and he just started, I let that go, then they made my food and it was not the way I asked for, respectfully asked him to make the bacon cooked more since it was too raw and waited on my table, he brought the food left in in a table at the middle of restaurant instead of walking to my table and said "here, take it!" Like I am his dog!

I thought he is a worker asked for manager and they said he is the manager. My friend your behavior is too messed up! Go home or work elsewhere if u don't know how to talk to people! After 14 years this is the last time I am going to be here! So rude!

Me and my husband went here because the outside looks nice and we thought we might come and get something to eat. We ordered an avocado wrap and 2 orders of the Anaheim panini. The food we got was just bland, seemed like no seasoning was involved. There's hardly any bacon in our panini at all and throughout the meal, i bit into pieces of avocado's skin 3-4 times.

The customer service was just as bad, the girl who had my food ready was just rude, I asked for an empty cup for water and she just threw it my way and walked away like nothing. I wish i read the reviews before we decided to come in. Seems like the managers or owners or whoever is in charge do not care about this place at all. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else!

I know I know. support the small bsusinesses BUT if you're looking for a solid place to study and grab food, this is THE place. This is my go-to Westwood coffeeshop to study at because it has everything you need AND MORE! There's bathrooms, outlets, tons of indoor seating, 3/5 strength internet, and food/coffee options. Plus the coffee isn't crazily priced!

Usually a vanilla cold brew is $5 minimum in most LA shops, but this place has it for $3.60. amazing for a broke college kid! FYI-There's street parking, but it gets taken pretty fast!

Like Panera- just the hospital food version and atrocious service. I initially got the wrong food, told them about it and was told "it doesnt matter, give it back" then when the right food was done, it was cold. After eating, I just wanted to inform them and was told "well were busy". I wasn't looking for a refund or anything, just wanted to inform them, obviously they don't care. Next time I want food like this I will just break my leg and go to the hospital- I'll probably get better service there anyway

I don't recommend order old fashioned lemonade. They put too much ice in cup.

Stopped in for what was supposed to be a quick cup of coffee. But, then they had pancakes. with berries. yes pls! The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was exactly as it had been. It was clean. The one thing that changed. The beeper they give you to go pick up your food. Sounds like a darn fire alarm. So. Know that going in. And don't prepare to leave when you hear the alarms going off. A solid stop. A great breakfast!

We ordered shrimp linguine for lunch today thru Postmates and the food that was delivered was totally unacceptable!

Cold coffee and never made new. The soup and sandwiches were ok. The clerk we had to keep repeating the order and that we are seniors

My sisters are visiting and I brought them here because it's my favorite! The staff are nice and helpful and ask just the right questions! Everyone I've come here the food is outstanding and affordable especially for the portion sizes! I love this place and my sisters were also impressed!

This is the first time I ordered breakfast here yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! My delivery was fresh, hot, and each portion was reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent meal, and they offer plenty of healthy options too.

The panini was a bit sad. It had very little filling and was just mostly bread. The salad was decent, and the grilled chicken portion was generous, but the walnuts were stale and the apples had no taste. Mediocre meal, would only recommend if you are starving.

Corner Bakery in glendora is one of the worst fast food places in this area they never give us the right order we had to go back after coming home with our food or just not get what we ordered more then once we almost allways check our order but everytime we dont this happens! just make sure you check every item before you leave

I placed an order for delivery today for several menu items for the Things and I. No time to waste with this review. let's get to it, shall we? Mac and Cheese- This was absolutely the blandest Mac and Cheese I have ever had. I am not sure what happened here. There was a lot of mac but no cheese. Chicken Pomodori Panini- The bread was pressed so condense that it made the bread hard.

The chicken was not over dried but not juicy either and was lightly seasoned. With this sandwich, I was looking for more of a savory, creamy base because of the provolone and pesto, but this is not what my palate received. Instead the taste was more of a creamy, earthy taste. Club Sandwich- I love a good club sandwich, as it is one of the most iconic sandwiches on any menu! Layers of ham, bacon and turkey with juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce and cheddar cheese create the perfect bite!

This sandwich wasn't exactly perfect but the thick cuts of bacon and finely sliced deli meat within this sandwich was nicely done. Chicken Noodle Soup- Well, what can I say about the item? It was chicken and it was noodle, so that's a plus but this was not that Aunt Bee 'been making pies all day' home made taste (Shout out to Frances Bavier). It was decent but not memorable. The same thing can be said for the Caesar Salad, it was salad. That's all I got folks!

Shane is the man! He was friendly and extremely helpful. I am coming back because he was great with my party of two. Food was great too!

My big family was hungry in La Jolla after a long day of sight-seeing in San Diego and we went to this Corner Bakery I'm hopes of decent food, quick service and enough variety to satisfy everyone. Manny was our counter server and he was very polite. Our food was pretty decent and served quickly. We got everything we requested quickly. Thanks for a positive experience and your kind service, Manny.

Cold soup. Really? Cold soup. Trifling. I was very hungry after having a wisdom tooth extraction a few days ago and was looking forward to a nice at least warm bowl of soup. Now I have to wait until I get home. Maybe seems like a first world issue and not a big deal, but was very disappointing for me. I will never go here again.

Stopped by recently for a quick brunch with my hubby. They are still serving food on paper plates with plastic utensils with a limited menu, but we were able to get breakfast around 1pm which was nice. The avocado & spinach wrap was ok. Not much flavor and the portion was very small. We also got a breakfast panini on an everything bagel that fell flat. I would recommend sticking to the pastries. The blueberry muffin was definitely the star of the meal! Service was great.

Great experience, the food is great. A few of our favorites are the bacon and tomato Mac and cheese, the turkey club and chopped salad combo, and the chicken Caesar salad. There really aren't any bad choices at Corner Bakery. The Black Current iced tea is the best. Great place to get some great, fresh, healthy food. Sit down or take out it is great for everything. Highly recommend catering, they have beautiful lunch spreads and also great breakfasts (love their yogurt, berry, and granola parfaits the most!)

I came here on a Friday morning for breakfast. Ordered the Anaheim breakfast sandwich and a slice of of cinnamon cream cake on the app (super easy to download and use). The order took about 15 minutes. Restaurant is located down the street from UCLA medical center and has street metered parking. Restaurant is large with tables and booths and is clean.

The Anaheim breakfast sandwich was delicious. The sour dough bread was toasted perfectly and filled with eggs, veggies, cheese. Only cimplaint is that it's too small! I literally ate the sandwich in 8 bites. Now the cinnamon cream cake slice was my morning dessert. Dense, but soft and a hint of sweetness. My favorite part is the top where you can really taste the cinnamon and sugar.

This would be delicious warmed up. Free wifi, students studying, people enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast with each other. Safe and clean and delicious, consistent food. Will definitely recommend and return!

Ain't worth the money for what you get. $8 for about 2 eggs and sprinkled bacon. IHOP or Denny's would be a better choice to eat at than this place.

I'm not that crazy about CB but the cashier is nice and gave me a sample of tuna salad which was okay. I didn't order anything since most of the menu isn't gluten free.

Why is it that this ubiquitous chain's baked goods all look delicious in the display, but whenever I try anything other than my go-to Lemon Bar, my reaction is always meh? Case in point - the Chocolate Baby Bundt Cake caught my eye the other day, but was not nearly as moist and chocolate-y as its appearance would seem to suggest. The Lemon Bar - I'm a sucker for the pucker :P - is really the only thing that keeps me coming back.

Service at this particular location can be a bit indifferent at times, but it's conveniently situated at the corner (ba dum tss!) of the Westfield UTC mall and I'm usually just grabbing and going anyway. So yeah, just ok.

Tried the Banana Foster Pancakes. Great! Probably won't order again, since so high in calories, but good for a treat! Hubby got BBLT, which is always good! Discontinued lemon pound cake, but lady on phone recommended Lemon Baby Bundt Cake as substitute. Tasted exactly the same as Lemon Pound Cake. Great suggestion! We did curbside 1st time. Easy to order & ready right on time! Lady on phone was very nice (I think her name started w/ "M"), was very nice about making suggestion & walking me through curbside for 1st time! Ordered 1/25 around 7 pm.

Nicely spaced out seating during COVID. Friendly staff. Fried and raw oysters were great. Po Boy and fried shrimp were enjoyed too. An Austin gem that deserves to live forever, so please visit.

Corner Bakery and Cafe, charmingly named, is aptly located, on a corner. It's interior is small, yet charming, with whimsical statues that look like they belong in a kitchy home kitchen. Service is chipper, efficient and friendly. I had a regular coffee with cream and sugar which the barrista handed me so I could add to my own liking. The coffee was simple, hearty, rich and pleasant. A convenient little coffee shop for a quick pick-me-up!

While the prices seem reasonable, the quality is questionable. I liked how you could pick two options from paninis, hot sandwiches or pastas for $11.89 if you don't select the premium options. Fairly affordable given the fun combinations you can make. Customizability aside, the food was subpar in every way. We ordered the Chicken Pomodori, Steak & Arugula, Chicken Carbonara and "Caramel Pecan Chocolate Baby Bundt".

Chicken Pomodori (1.5/5): the bread was nicely buttered. Pretty much all I could taste considering they barely included any chicken or tomatoes. How is the photo from the website even accurate? Steak & Arugula (2/5): not worth the extra cost. Overall dry sandwich and could use some extra horseradish mustard. Seems to have a common theme of clumping condiments in one corner of the sandwich.

Chicken Carbonara (3/5): very bland. Portion size was generous but salt and pepper are needed. Chicken can be found thankfully--and was quite tender. Caramel Pecan Chocolate Baby Bundt (1.5/5): I think I received the wrong bundt but it was still disappointing regardless. Reminiscent of Jack in the Box's lava cakes but less soft and moist. Kudos for my order being quickly finished though. If you're in a rush, this place does take-out pretty well despite their mistakes. However, I would lower expectations drastically.

We tried this place for the first time today. We will definitely be back. The food was very tasty. Not overly healthy or unhealthy. There are vegetarian options and you can go healthy or you can go the utter opposite way with a couple for mini-bunt cakes. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Reserving a star for future visits.

The food here is always good! The hot food as well as their pastries! But I wanted to give a special shout out to the young girl working the front (dirty blonde hair with glasses). She was so sweet and helpful and it made my experience that much better! Thank u!

If you're looking for a place to treat yourself this is it; bakery sweets were divine. Service wasn't all that but opted to take food to go.

I've eaten lunch here but never tried their coffee or pastries. Coffee hot or cold is quite good and reasonably priced. Their blueberry muffins are straight from heaven. They are that good! Customer service here has really improved. I had a bad experience last year and I stopped going for awhile. Shout out to Ms S. Bert and Bob! They are an example of what great customer service is.

Nice workers and the food came out in decent time. The hibiscus lemonade was delicious. I tried the new chicken pasta with Cali panini. We also got a chocolate mini Bundt cake. It was good.

So many bad reviews! I've only been once but my experience was so good that I want to come again soon! I was here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. If you arrive before 10am on Sunday, you don't have to pay the meter. I had the Anaheim scramble and it was delicious! As were the potatoes and toast. Service was fast.

So our initial plan was to hit up Kerby Lane today to get the Strawberry Confetti Pancakes for breakfast. The line at Kerby Lane was ridiculously long, we should have known better for a late Sunday, but oh well! My husband found this place on the map close by and I have always seen these places and never went inside. I honestly thought it was just a bakery and I never did research on the place.

It reminds me of a McAllisters Deli! You order at the counter, and are surrounded by all the delicious treats. The menus were big and vibrant and easy to understand. They have plenty of seating, and a large outdoor space out front. My husband and I both ordered medium coffees and the pancakes with bacon and eggs. YA'LL. I was SHOOK. Our plates came with 4 decent sized pancakes, 4 slices of bacon and at least 3 eggs.

Our ticket was only $20! ARE YOU SHOOK!? BECAUSE OUR JAW DROPPED. The bacon was baked, but still tasty. The eggs were fluffy and light and the PANCAKES WERE LIKE CLOUDS. We left smiling ear to ear, and our Sunday was fantastic because we started it here. We will 100000% be back to try their lunch menu. Please, go give them a shot! You will not be disappointed.

I found this place by accident because I was on the hunt for Petey's Bing drinks (caffeinated morning beverage of choice). When I searched for the Bings online, I was directed to Sprout's Farmer's Market. Sprouts only had two of four flavors, but two is better than none. After exiting Sprouts, I scanned the parking lot for food. At first, all I saw was a sit-down Chinese restaurant, a nail salon, and an Asian massage place.

I wondered if the people cooking wonton soup were the same people making people happy. When I scanned the the parking lot more, I noticed Corner Bakery and ventured inside. Very clean atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered me a chicken sandwich, but it was more of a messwich. Nasty sauce, tomatoes not fresh, blah chicken (might have come from the Blah Chicken Farm). Only giving three stars because of the great service.

I'm not a fan of big chain restaurants and Corner Bakery Cafe is an example of why. If you've ever been to Panera Bread, Corner Bakery is basically the same concept. Order at the cashier, take a restaurant pager, and pick up your food at the front when the pager buzzes. The food is essentially the same as well - pastries, paninis, salads, pasta, soup, coffee.

It makes for a decent meal if you're in a hurry and not looking for anything fancy. The food here is mediocre to say the least. Their food really lacks flavor, and it's possible that they're just preheated from frozen shipments to the restaurant. However, I've heard that the paninis are slightly better and the things to order. The cafe itself clearly needs an interior upgrade. It's old and drab, adding to the impersonal ambience overall, which is what you'd expect out of chain restaurants.

There are plenty of tables inside, but if you're looking to study for awhile, be sure to sit on one of the tables in the center alongside the middle center block. Those tables are the only ones with outlets.

I love this place. I came here twice during my 3 day span of visiting. I tried dinner first. The Berry Pecan Salad was amazing! Very filling and light. The fruit was fresh and juicy. The pecans had amazing flavor to them. I came here a couple of days later for breakfast. I tried the White Chocolate Strawberry Cold Brew. It was a perfect balance of coffee, chocolate, and a hint of strawberry.

The Anaheim Scramble was filling a very well balanced meal. I ordered it with fruit. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. Both times tables were busy, but line was short. They are quick to serve. I felt like I stepped back in time. Friendly service and clean. So if you need a reasonably priced place to eat, look no further then the Corner Bakery Cafe!

I think this met my not-so-high expectations. I was expecting a pretty lackluster experience so in that sense it delivered! Got a choose two with chicken pesto sandwich (more like a plain chicken because there were like 2 specks of pesto in there) and tomato basil soup (pretty good and came with croutons!); chips were also included. For the price it's not worth it (I paid around $10-11) but I would maybe go back again to use the buy one get one free deals they sometimes have (but they don't work for choose 2 sadly). The cashier was kind of rude/curt but the busboy was really friendly, so service is a hit or miss!

Great selection for the time they prepare it in. I love the sandwich/soup/salad combos. Chicken panini with tomato basil soup is great. The desserts are so good, but I stay away from the ones that are out on display all day.
