I can't believe that a professional business treats their customers like this! I had event scheduled with them on a Saturday and called them the Monday prior to finalize the menu. After calling 2 times and leaving voicemails, a woman finally called me back that evening to gather more information. She said that she would pass my information on to the sales team and they would get back to me right away.
On Tuesday morning I called them at 11:30, 2:00pm & 4:30pm before I realized they weren't going to return my call. I then found a contact name and email address for a woman by the name of Carly D. I went ahead and sent her an email and received a message back right away saying that the person I am trying to reach is not accepting emails at this this time.
It is now Wednesday night and they never did return my call. I had to scramble to try to find another caterer for our event. Horrible customer service! I told our event coordinator and she is removing them off of the preferred vendor list. They never returned her emails and calls either! The worst customer service!

Alright everyone, we all know what we typically think about wedding food, mehhhh it was alright. That is not the case for this place. WOW! A few months ago I found myself at a friends wedding and I was excited about every single item that came out! What I really remember from the passed appetizers were these wonderful little wonton cups with ahi tuna and wasabi sauce and the miniature grilled cheese sandwiches.
They were so cute and I honestly could have filled up on those alone. Something else I thought was cool and interesting for the wedding, they had all sorts of cool stations. They had a raw bar that was beautiful and done with incredibly fresh seafood. They displayed everything so creatively. Then they had an antipasto station. Who doesn't love some salami and cheese?
Then they also had a salad station, a pizza station and a skewer station. My favorite stations however were definitely the mac and cheese station and the french fry station. I like my carbs! The mac n cheese station had a lobster mac and truffle mac that were already prepared and then a make your own mac with tons of topping. They had everything from chicken to bacon to veggies.
For the french fry station you had your choice of french fry (regular, sweet potato, and avocado from what I can remember), then again a ton of toppings to put on them. I personally liked the avocado fries with truffle aioli. Yum! Now, as you can see, there was a ton of food! Soooo I didn't get to try too many desserts, but I did get a sip of the boyfriends ice cream float - because guess what, they had an ice cream float station too. All in all I thought their service, food and presentation were awesome. Time to start saving my money so I can afford them one day for my wedding!
