I thought the pulled pork was OK. The smoke didn't reach the internal meat. It is regular, but $10 a sandwich is not worth it at all. Need to step it up on your sandwiches if you doing $10.

My new husband and I just had thee best wedding and the food was one of the biggest contributors to that! Amazing quality, perfection (if there is such a thing!), a million good compliments from my guests, communication and execution despite a questionable weather situation, but Lance and his team blew us away! Can't say enough good things. We had brisket, pulled pork on brioche, smoked beecher mac and cheese, fruit salad, and thee most amazing potato salad I ever had. Everyone went back for seconds. Their presentation and service was superb! Highly recommend!

So.on another day that you are just going through the daily routine. I hear that work got bbq in to cater to us employees. Naturally I hear food and am quickly on the hunt. What I find is joyous. First thing I see is this whopping mound of mac n cheese.wow.it was soooooo good. Potato salad had just the flavor I like. Pulled pork sandwiches were amazing as well as the chicken pieces I was inhaling.

All in all.the food was excellent. I actually ate quite alot and was stuffed to the gills. Got to meet the two fine owners and they were very nice folks indeed. Coming all the way to feed us down here in centralia wa. was a marvelous treat.thank you so much. Support your local business they are the backbone of a community.and thanks for that mac n cheese.

Lance at Marv's was wonderful to work with. I wish I could give them 10 stars for their customer service. My fiance and I had booked them for our wedding catering. Deposit paid, then to find out a pandemic had hit. All of our guests were a mostly vulnerable population and having to travel from outside the area. My husband works as a nurse with COVID patients.

It was clear to us that we needed to make the hard decision of adjusting our plans and not risk the safety of our guests. This meant ultimately canceling our original wedding with all our family and friends and having an intimate reception just the two of us at the courthouse. Someday we will schedule a celebration, and if it is anywhere near Marv's we will certainly be feasting on their BBQ for it.

Working with Marv's through the process was the only thing that was easy. All of our other vendors were completely not willing to work with us. We have tried to stay understanding through the process, especially with knowing how much small businesses are struggling. Lance was very accommodating, going above and beyond to work with us through the whole process.

Thank you Marv's, you guys are amazing and will be at the top of our list for catering recommendations! We will definitely make it our goal to try your delicious looking BBQ one of these days.

We used Marv's for our wedding on 9/7/2019 and they were wonderful to work with! Lance was quick to respond, the food was delicious (and completely gluten free per our request), and the staff was friendly and easy to work with day of. I also think the food ended up being the most talked about thing at our wedding--it was delicious and there was plenty for everyone (120 guests)

Catered our daughters graduation party. Everyone was thrilled. The beans were a big hit! Thank you very much for the smooth transaction and excellent service.

Catered a company deal. Had whole hog that was pretty good. Chicken was better than average. Sides were beans that were fairly tasty. Cheesy potatoes did nothing for me. I did not care for the coleslaw not much flavor and had cranberrys in it. Not a real pit cooked on a ol hickory.

Awesome BBQ! Great customer service too! They just catered my wedding and everyone said it was the best BBQ! Definitely recommend the Texas potatoes, coleslaw, pulled pork and rotisserie chicken!

Marv's catered my cousins wedding reception. It couldn't have been better, and the guys that came with the bbq and trucks couldn't have been more awesome and hospitable! Really, really legit bbq - watched them pull out a full roasted pig after watching them do their thing a while after they arrived, and from there on just kept being more and more impressed. Full roasted pig was served along with delicious, traditional bbq sides.

I ordered a few racks of ribs for my daughters birthday party. It was pretty short notice, less than a week, but they were able to squeeze my order in. Everybody was so impressed with the ribs and the barbeque sauce. I will definitely order again and I know many of our party guests will as well.
