Linwoods Due Catering

First time here, had the 5minute crispy egg (omfg), French onion soup (wtf), and tuna tartare (dear God). ok. I've traveled for 25+ years for work and am in a new city almost every week. I sat facing the kitchen, and they were a machine, it was impressive to watch. The egg. I've never had a dish like this, at least not for dinner, this is one I'm going to learn to recreate for home.

I frequent Parc (a French restaurant) in Philadelphia to read a book, drink wine and have their French onion soup. the French onion soup had some bitter notes where the onion had burnt, but not in a bad way. The broth was darker than I'd ever seen before in my 43 years of living. This was a new take, and I loved it. The tuna comes on little tacos. but I chose a non-carb option.

They sent me lettuce cups, and it was delightful. I didn't eat, but watched the 'espresso rubbed ribeye' being cooked, and it smelled amazing, but what stood out even more in this aromatic euphoria. was every time they cooked the sea bass and Bronzino (Mediterranean white fish). I will definitely eat next time. And lastly, I really loved that they had so many seasonal veggies on every dish, when I'm back, I have so many new flavors to try.

Love Linwoods, I have been living down the street from Linwoods for over 20 years and had never gone there. My daughter would also say it is a very nice Resturant with class. She took me there last year for my birthday had to wear out mask. We sat at the bar looking stylish since everyone was recovering from Covid and had not able to dress up and go out.

The wait staff were very nice the bartender great and yes the food was good and they have a salad dressing that I just love. I have been there several times since last year, they don't open until 4PM. I'm sure I will be going back take a friend or two so they can enjoy the atmosphere of being there.

I had some good experiences in the past at Linwoods but not this last time. My orders were consistently incorrect throughout the night despite clear and simple instructions. Despite the poor service the bill was quite expensive with very small meal portions. It is time to find other restaurants to seek a better dining experience.

I absolutely love this place. It's consistently good. Service is always great. They have an open kitchen so you can see everything happening behind the counter. Perfect for casual dining and with it being so close to us, I don't mind popping in when we don't know where to go. Never misses!

Really good food but the best part is the experience. Open kitchen concept with bar seating allowing you to watch while the food is prepared. Check them out on a busy night to get the full effect.

We had an excellent dinner tonight. The food was great and the service was special. We started with one of my favorite appetizers, lobster tempura with honey butter, crisp on the outside juicy on the inside. Delicious! We also had goat cheese ravioli with mushrooms and onions that was nice. For our main courses we had salmon with Farro in mushroom broth and we also a delicious Beef tenderloin perched on top of a potato pancake with roasted root vegetables -- another terrific set of entrees.

For dessert we had a delicious pecan tart with roasted pecans and vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce. Our server Ameh was very attentive, courteous, and super efficient. It all, we had an

If you're trying to impress your friends, family, partner etc go to Linwood. Literally everything we ordered was super delicious and each ingredient on the plate compliments each other so beautifully. On to the main point of this review, the first time I came here I order Beef tenderloin and omg there is sooo much favor on the plate, you would think that the star of the plate is the beef but no no no (I mean it was still pretty dang good and perfectly cooked) for me it was the way the vegetables were seasoned.

That took my breathe away! I could just keep eating it all day long and trust me even if you don't like vegetables you're gonna love this one, it's just heaven. My boy got the classic New York strip and according to him it was "pretty good". Our waitress also suggested we tried the grilled octopus and it was the most tender melt in your mouth octopus tentacle I've ever eaten (disclaimer it's just one tentacle so its very small :( ).

Also went there again for my "early birthday" and guess what I ordered? THE BEEF TENDERLOIN it was just too good. TL;DR - Get the beef tenderloin and grilled octopus my fav so far

They're pricy but worth it. The entrees are cooked to perfection and the desserts are to die for. You might want to book your reservation in advance. If you go at dinner time, expect a wait.

This was a cute date night. It's a nice cozy, but classy place to eat. There is an open kitchen so you can see what the cooks are doing. We were seated next to the bar and it was a bit congested in the area. The tables next to the bar could be removed or further spread apart. Overall, the food was good and our server was great as well.

Hello Yelpers. So this is my 2nd time at Linwood's. Last I was here was in 2019. The restaurant is not too big. It has an open kitchen which I think is really kool. I think another reason I like Linwood's is because it is a fine restaurant in the heart Owings Mills. It was nice not to drive to far out for a change. It's my birthday and my husband choose Linwood's. Pricey. Yes. However, I did enjoy the food.

I had a Fish dish with Cauliflower puree and peas. It was on the light side which was on purpose for me because I didn't want anything too heavy. My hubby got a burger and fries. He enjoyed it, I enjoyed my birthday meal and we left happy. I highly recommend.

To say Linwoods food is amazing is an insult! The food is EXTRAORDINARY! My wife and I have been coming here for about 18 years; it's that special place for use to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. I have NEVER had a bad item from this restaurant. From the crab soup (10+) to the Lobster Tempura, to the steaks, the Sea Bass, the Desserts; everything that has ever been put in front of me exceeded any and all expections.

The atmosphere is great, peaceful dinners, ambiance, the entire experience proves to be one joy after another. If you are in this area and want an amazing meal, this is the place!

Outstanding! Food, service, and presentation don't get much better than this! I've been coming to Linwoods for more than 20 years, and just recently ate dinner there to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary. Our waitress, Sister (yes, that is her real name, ask her the story behind her name if she is your server!), took care of all of our needs. Started with drinks and then quickly placed our dinner order, while we ate their delicious, and warm rolls with fresh butter.

I opted for their delicious French Onion Soup, which tasted like they spent all day preparing it and put heart and soul into the soup. I love soups in general and this was a really tasty soup. After that, I opted to have the shrimp, scallops tagliatelle dish. Made to order with the largest and most amazing sea scallops I have had in a long time. Since we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary, they brought out two slices of their Smores dessert with a candle in each slice.

I opted to get the Old Fashioned Chocolate Sundae, which was nothing short of spectacular and very filling. All in all, another excellent meal and service at Linwoods. Highly recommend visiting this wonderful establishment.

I have been visiting Linwood's since 2012. It's been a special occasion location so I'm not there often, but I'm never disappointed. This past visit was a treat from a friend for my birthday and everything was superb! We had Holly as our waitress and she was both attentive and informative. For dinner I ordered the Pea salad with Bacon and Romano cheese along with their homemade goat cheese tortellini and asparagus.

For dessert I ordered the warm strawberry short-cake with Vanilla ice cream. My ONLY critique is that there weren't very many strawberries on my strawberry shortcake. Maybe 5-6 slices? I definitely was expecting more strawberries, but it was still delicious.

We visited this place on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is located in the middle of a business plaza. Although the restaurant was completely full, we still received amazing service. The inside of the restaurant is nothing special, but they have a beautiful patio. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Food: -Lobster Tempura: BOMB! Listen if you don't order anything else, ORDER THIS! Lightly breaded, crispy fried goodness.

It came place on cream sauce that really complimented the flavor of the lobster. -Salmon with veggies: the Salmon was moist and was seared beautifully. This place is a hidden gem! Definitely give them a shot.

Stopped by for the first time on a Thursday evening after playing mini golf. Sooooo, I competely felt Underdressed here : Most people were in button down shirts or dressed realatively nice. Indoor and plenty of outdoor dining. Had the Margherita Pizza - it was just okay. The pizza was also not hot when arrived. Coffee - I had 2 cups, delish! Beniets - For dessert we had these. Came out as a order of 3. Naturally, very sugary, warm and tasty

Came here on a Friday night. Tables were nicely distanced. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Had the lobster tempura and sea bass. Never had lobster tempura before and it tasted great. Enjoyed the sea bass as well, cooked perfectly. Came with horseradish mashed potatoes. I don't usually like horseradish but they added just enough to not overpower the other flavors. White chocolate cream pie was tasty, crust was a bit difficult to cut through though Amble parking and quiet location, would return
