Pounded boneless breast, lightly floured and sauteed with garlic, shallots, rosemary, white wine, lemon and butter. Boneless chicken breast marinated in apple juice, sherry wine, brown sugar and jerk spices. Pasta dishes are served with Tossed Garden Salad, Ranch and Balsamic Viniagrette Dressings, Steamed Vegetable Medley and Garlic Bread. Lasagna noodles layered with our homemade marinara, ground beef, ground pork, Italian sausage, mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta cheeses.
