Christopher's Restaurant

I heard they are going out of business by 15 the June 2022, if that's right, we should at least support them by visiting their business. Food was awesome.

Great breakfast. The biscuits and gravy is very good. That's not easy to get right. My son got pancakes. They were huge. His bacon was cooked perfect. The potatoes are OK, a little bland. The service was fast and friendly. We'll definitely go back.

Super cute. You can tell it's a mom and pop place that had somebody inject some trendiness into it. Although in the middle of summer, it was cool and very rainy but inside it was warm, which was welcome. Service was fine, I was greeted right away. Okay, food. I personally didn't like it and most likely won't be returning. I'm not keto anymore, but very low carb.

No options for that, like greens or keto bread, but there were options for gluten free and vegan folks! Not a problem, I'm used to having to make do without other options. The real reason for the lack of stars is the salmon benedict. I've never had canned salmon, it's always been lox. This benedict was canned salmon and the dish wasn't seasoned at all.

Although I overheard my table neighbors say their food was good, they also asked for salt and pepper. All of the tables had it, actually. I DID appreciate the fresh tomato and spinach although I would've preferred it on the side.

If you're vegetarian or vegan, you need to go here. I'm used to going to breakfast and having eggs, toast, and potatoes as my options, but wow! Biscuits and vegan gravy? Vegan eggs Benedict? Tofu scramble? And everything tastes heavenly! Would give more stars if I could.

Christopher's is the true definition of generosity and southern hospitality when my family ate there while visiting from North Carolina. They also graciously hosted a space to hold my brother's Major promotion ceremony in the Air Force. The prime rib dinner is to die for (gotta get the mashed potatoes and broccoli as your sides). The desserts are out of this world and he even made sure we all got something to our likings. It was perfect because it meant that I could share and taste all of the desserts :) Christopher took the time to visit with all guests making everyone feel like family.

Really good local diner, packed (I mean PACKED) with people! The chicken salad sandwich was excellent and my granddaughter seemed to love her mother's rice, which she grabbed off mom's plate in handful and smashed all over her face! Highly recommend making reservations in advance on the weekends.

It was my first experience at Christopher's and I was not disappointed. The service was flawless and spot on and the Beef Wellington was everything expected and more.

We had high hopes for a great breakfast at a locally owned spot. Very, very uneventful. The service was good our waitress was very nice, but the food was lackluster. Terrible pancakes, super thin bacon. The potatoe cakes were the only thing good. If you pay $45 for breakfast for 2 people I expect it to be delicious, not the case.

I'm a wedding coordinator and had the pleasure of working with Christopher's catering last night at a wedding in Dayton. Their team did such a great job! They were so professional, kind, and on top of it. The food was great, communication was great, everything was timed perfect, and they went above and beyond in other areas to make sure everyone was happy and had what they needed. They made my job easy. Very pleased with Christopher's catering service.

I love places like this one. Food just tasted as if it was made at home by grandma. Service was great. Rustic old school ambiance! Takes you back in time. It is in one of my favorites now. This place is absolutely a local gem! Definitely going back.

I've always recommended Christopher's as one of the best restaurants in the area. But I've always had them for dinner. Went this morning for breakfast with someone and the food was terrible. Potatos weren't salted, the biscuits were dry, crumbly, and slightly wet somehow. Had to just toast some bread and eat the gravy with that instead. I'm embarrassed and confused why the breakfast is so bad when the the dinner is excellent. Can't recommend them anymore til I understand what happened. Edit: Found that several of the items were the wrong items too.

There are not enough words to describe how pleased we were with our catering from Christopher's! The tasting had us 100% sold from the start through not only their high quality food, but through the kind, talented, and amazing staff members. Their catering coordinator, Melissa, worked with us and made our menu perfect! The day of our wedding was stress free and went perfectly thanks to Christopher's. Affordable prices, amazing quality (in both food and staff), and our guests are still talking about how much they loved the meal. HIGHLY recommended for wedding catering or just a lovely family meal at their restaurant. They went above and beyond every step of the way and I'll never forget it.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Christopher's. I'm not sure where the reviews about changes being made are coming from. Our group of 7 women had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, the portions are. huge, the service was top notch. I didn't get our servers name, but she was wonderful. Please go and make your own decisions, because everything was top notch for our group.

Tonight was our first experience at Christopher's and everything was awesome! Our server, Ciann was fantastic and the food was wonderful. The owner, Dave, approached us and was very friendly and cared about our thoughts on our dishes and experience. He suggested a dessert on the menu that was delicious! He told me to get "the second thing down, with white chocolate in the middle, topped with Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream". I am an ice cream lover and Christopher's was one of the best I've had! Definitely recommend! Great experience. Thank you Dave, Ciann and the rest of the staff!

I have been eating at this restaurant for years, and for the longest time it was a wonderful experience. We were in on Sunday Nov 21, and I'm not sure if I'll be back on a Sunday again. The food was good, and our server was wonderful (polite, quick, informative and friendly.) but it's hard to enjoy a meal when there is a speaker blasting Christian. pop music at levels that make it hard to speak to your table mates.

It was super uncomfortable, and every-time someone (it was several tables asking) asked for it to be turned down, a server would have it turned down, but within moments it was back to a deafening level. If it has been instrumental music it may have been overlooked but the super loud Christian pop music was something I have never experienced before at Christopher's. It almost overpowers the food and wonderful waitress. Who wants to listen to something that over powering when they are trying to have an enjoyable relaxing breakfast?

I have eaten at Christopher's many times for many years. It's actually my favorite restaurant, and a family favorite over the many years. There's never been a meal or a beverage at Christopher's that was not. above average. The food will definitely awaken and tantalize all of your senses! It's always fresh and prepared beautifully, and the service is excellent.

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and friendly. High quality, fresh food and beverages, as well as friendly, caring staff make Christopher's number one! You can't go wrong. They seem to have something on their menu no matter what the mood or craving. Oh, also, I'm a coffee nerd. And i must add for other coffee lovers, they have very good, hot fresh coffee and absolutely delicious desserts! Thanks Christopher's for being here over the years to provide me with many family memories, delicious fresh food prepared with love, and kind hearted, friendly service!

Great "home style" meal! Great choices, something for everyone!

The place is very dirty, food terrible and waitress was rude. Don't waste your time or money.

I've been here twice for dinner and today was my first time for breakfast (but definitely not my last). The portions were large and yummy! If you want a delicious meal Christopher's is the place to go!

This was their weekly special, scallops w/ bacon jam & a smoked gouda & salmon risotto w/ a shrimp ontop. This meal tasted great, the presentation was nice aswell. Nice size Scallops, the bacon jam was AMAZING.

Omg! best little hole in the wall restaurant you'll ever eat at. the food was top notch. there are things on the menu that you'd never think you could get here.the chicken and noodles.made my mom's look bad.lol. this will be our once a week dinner!

First time trying this place, wish I would have sooner cause I loved this place! Food was wonderful! Very friendly service. Clean, nice place. They make you feel at home. A very special thanks to Dave for making me that AMAZING cookie, ice cream dessert. We will definitely be back!
