Attendants will set up the appetizer buffet(s), active station(s), dinner buffet(s), coffee and drink station(s) with linens, floral centerpieces, and decor matching event theme. Disposable upscale appetizer plates, dinner plates, dessert plates are provided. Also provided disposable dinner silver knives, forks, and napkins, disposable dessert silver forks, and napkins.Attendants will assist guests at the self-serve coffee station, and freshly brewed coffee is included with any buffet. Disposable cups, creamers, and sugars are provided.

To reserve the date for your event, we require a non-refundable deposit of two hundred fifty dollars along with a credit card on file. It will be deducted from the final balance for your event. A minimum of one hundred guests is required for all catered events. Three weeks before your event date, confirmations of your event are due.

TL;DR: Oded was amazing. If you are getting married or hosting an event, and need a caterer, don't think twice. We got married at the Brazilian Room earlier this year. All the way through the process, Oded was incredibly responsive, extremely helpful, and attentive to all of the details. Oded was also some of the best value based on some of the quotes we got early on in the process.
We care deeply about food, and wanted to make sure the food at our wedding was delicious. After doing a tasting with Oded's team, we were convinced that he'd be the best person to work with. The food at the wedding was terrific. We got multiple comments from guests about its deliciousness. Also, Oded's service team onsite was extremely friendly and kept everything running smoothly.
They made sure to check on us and ensure we had all the food and drink we wanted as the bride and groom. We're glad we chose to work with Oded and would do so in a heartbeat again.

Oded and his staff prepared and passed appetizers, served three entrees, plus an orzo (pasta) salad and green salad for 115 guests at my daughter's wedding. They set up the table linens, set up the bar and served the beer and wine we provided. They also mixed a signature cocktail from ingredients we brought in. All happened smoothly, staff smiling through the evening.
We got compliments all night about the delicious food. I don't know how they managed to cook salmon perfectly (tender, moist, not dry) for that many guests, but they did. They also accommodated our vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free guests. Each dish was distinctively seasoned, yet appealing to a broad spectrum of tastes. Almost makes me wish I had another daughter to plan a wedding for. No wait, not really. But if I did, I'd hire Jasmine Catering in a heartbeat.
