This is a fantastic venue from start to finish! Everyone of staff was very accommodating, kind, and professional. Janet set the bar with her bubbly personality and accommodating tone! The entire staff worked to ensure that my moms surprise retirement party would indeed be a surprise. The food was BOMB.The manager Keisha ensured that everything ran smoothly! Everything was beautiful, efficient and reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong with the felt factory!

Beautiful place. Very helpful staff members. I recommend this place for any celebration. Only one recommendation, they should have more menu options, for different race and cultures. But overall the BEST.

We recently celebrated my parents 30th anniversary. and boy did we have an amazing time! The staff was great and on point, everyone was respectful and catered to our needs. Looking forward to planning another event soon.

I Had my daughter's Bridal shower at The Felt Factory May 29, 2022. From day one of booking the staff was Very professional, courteous, helpful. I had called and emailed many times with questions and the responded quickly. On day of event, room was set up beautifully, the staff was so supportive even offering to press a wrinkle curtain we had. The servers and bartenders were the best. The food was so delicious. My guest are still calling, texting and messaging me on how beautiful the venue is and how the whole event was outstanding.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I am having my wedding and reception there. They offer 3 different rooms to choose from depending on the number of guests you will be having. I chose The Mill Room. It has it's own entrance, and bathrooms so you dont have to worry about sharing with other guest from the other rooms. It also has a bridal sweet. I was blown away at the food tasting, the food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this place

Nice venue with off street parking. The catering was very nice. The bartender knew her stuff. Will definitely book there again. Additionally it's close to major highways so your out of town friends and family can easily find it.

Went to a 50th birthday party, very nice place food was very good, nice bar.

Food was great drinks were plenty full. Servers trying to clear dishes while we were still eating and drinking. Everything else was fine

The holiday party was a blast.the food was delicious as always n the top shelf liquor well what can I say.the best

Great atmosphere for small wedding. We were in the bottom floor. We use to have Bowling banquets there. Food good.

Great venue. The servers could have been a little more cleaner with the wedding. Cocktail your was nice but the mash potatoe bar was a little sloppy. Servers need to be a little less miserable when your working someone's wedding that paid good money to have it there. Other than that it was nice.

Food was great except for roast beef, it was hard to chew. Atmosphere was great. Servers very Professional and accommodating. Would definitely book this place.

This was everything under 1 roof. The wedding, the cocktail hour and the reception was covered magnificently! The hors d' oeuvres were so good! The meal was pretty good also. Had a great time!

The couple were happy, the venue was great. It was hot outside, the air was turned up way higher than a lot wasn't ready for. But it was all good. Congrats family.
