We are an award-winning caterer for over 25 years to celebrities, royalty, nationally televised events, and your next-door neighbor's wedding. Frankly, that kind of success was never dreamed of when we founded Elegant Fare in 1981. Back then, we were a home-delivered food service of individual gourmet meals. Not until 1986, when Founder Anne Lisbin changed our focus to off-premise catering, did the current business begin to realize its true nature.A quantum leap in our growth came in 1993, when Elegant Fare built the first facility in the tri-state area designed exclusively for off-premise catering. In addition to providing daily food service for companies with over 800 employees, we are now winning prestigious local contracts with the likes of The Cincinnati Art Museum and Tiffany's.
By the mid-1990s, individuals and corporations at every level of society recognized our commitment to excellence. CEO
Anne founded Elegant Fare over 30 years ago. She represents the entrepreneurial spirit of women across America. Trained as a teacher at Douglas College, she went on to become a stay-at-home mom. When opportunity presented itself, she entered the workforce and began the home-delivery service of Elegant Fare. Since then, Anne's steady leadership has guided Elegant Fare into the region's finest corporate and social caterer with an unparalleled reputation for creating modern events out of timeless values.

My daughter is gluten, lactose, onion and garlic free. Elegant Fare did an AMAZING job on adjusting our catering order for my daughter's college graduation dinner. Everyone absolutely loved the food - don't hesitate to get the tofu - even our meat eaters loved the tofu and rice dish. I picked up the food from the kitchen and it was spotless. Make this is your next caterer. Staff is very easy to work with.

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I reached out repeatedly FOR WEEKS regarding a menu for an upcoming event. I was consistently told I'd receive a quote within a day and would not hear anything back. I reached out 2 months ago and STILL have not received a quote or any kind of follow up. Absolutely terrible service and not the kind of business I'd ever want to work with.

We recently celebrated our 50th anniversary April 21st 2017 at Cooper Creek Event Center and Elegant Fare catered the event. Renee was excellent to work with from the tasting right up to the night of the party. She was very patient and understanding as she worked with me to pick out the appetizers, the salads and the entree. The night of the party everything was just delicious. We loved the food and highly recommend E.F. to anyone who is looking to wow a crowd. Thanks Renee and E.F.

Renee and the team really crushed it with my moms small (28 people) backyard wedding! They created a custom entree (filet and lobster! with duck fat fried potatoes and asparagus), and it turned out excellent. They cooked it all to perfection. You can totally customize your experience. You can use how ever much or little of their dinnerware, tables, flatware, table cloths, etc.type things you need.
Personally we only needed a few things and used other things we had enough of at home, which saved a few dollars. They served us dinner with such high class. They even served champaign for us for the toast and cut and served the cake that we bought from the BonBonerie! Not only did they clean up their own stuff, load it and haul it away that night, they cleaned and dried the dirty cups, glass and flatware that belonged to the house and left the kitchen sparkling!
I mean, really? Thats above and beyond but SO appreciated! They really seemed happy about doing a small event, which surprised me, and charged fair prices for a small order. Highly recommended for small at home wedding or whatever you need!

We used Elegant Fare for my daughter's wedding at Krippendorf Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center. They are the only ones that handle the catering so I was bummed that I couldn't shop around for a cheaper caterer. Boy, am I glad that I didn't have that choice. Julie was great to work with - relaxed, knowledgable and really seemed to care about the event and making it memorable.
She answered phone calls right away, tried to come up with solutions to keep down costs and was flexible. My biggest relief was that during the process we weren't nickled-and-dimed by Elegant Fare. The cost up front included the food, linens, staff, alcohol, etc. There wasn't an extra fee for this and that. With other events, the actual cost was much different than the "bargain" cost that we were originally enticed by. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day and that was priceless!
