Fabulous BBQ! Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff add a personal touch. A very popular local restaurant.

The BBQ was decent. If you're going by looks alone it looks very unappealing however taste wise it was all pretty good. Only thing I would knock was the pulled pork, it had virtually no flavor and it'd be nice to get sliced brisket, not just chopped. The sauces were great here though with honey chipotle being a clear winner!

Was seated really fast and food was delivered pretty quick. The Carolina sauce was great but you should try the mango heat! It's refrigerated so make sure to ask! Pork and beef brisket was great!

Was recommended from a family friend. We tried it out and was glad we did. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Prices were in line with other bbq joints I have tried. The food was good and enjoyed trying all of their different flavored bbq sauces. We had burnt ends dinner, bbq ribs, and pulled pork and all were good. I would recommend trying them out.

Very busy even on an early Saturday evening, which is usually a good indicator of the food quality. The kids ordered chicken strips, but they ran out, so we substituted cheese burger and mac and cheese. Both were good. We also got burnt end sandwich, pulled pork with creamy coleslaw, sweet potato tots, and baked beans. Everything was all good. We didn't have room for appetizers or dessert, so can't comment on those. Good selection of beer as well. Would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

Had a 40-ish minute wait to be seated. food was good. Some of our meats weren't as hot, temperature hot, as we expected. Cornbread is sweet. Our server, Jennifer, was awesome!

First came to this place 4-5 years ago. It's far above average. On a trip this weekend there were twelve of us, all hungry, getting to Bob's right at prime time on a Saturday night. They did a good job getting us seated in groups of four within just a few minutes. The BBQ is pretty good and the six or eight BBQ sauces on the table are fun to try. Hint? Order whatever you're getting without sauce, dry. The sides are an opportunity for improvement but the BBQ'd meats are good.

Food was very good and the servers were very friendly. Had the Mac skillet with brisket and the we ordered the burnt ends meal, the meat was smoked perfectly and very tender.

While on the way to House on the Rock, my sister looked up places to have lunch before we hit the place, and after a minute's solid laughing at the name picked this fine place. The food was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was the speed of service. We were the third set of customers to come in due to the lunch hour and yet many people who came after us got their food as we waited almost forty minutes for the food. At least it was worth the wait.

We had such an enjoyable experience this past memorial day weekend. I surprised my husband who is a BBQ enthusiast - he was blown away by Bit'Chin BBQ! The food was phenomenal. Dave completely outdid himself. He was prompt and awesome to work with - took care of everything! We had alot of left overs that did not go to waste! Our families can't wait to use him for our next family event! Thank you Bit'Chin BBQ!!

The wife had them cater a special birthday party with clam bake and BBQ. Service was great and they were right on time and set everything up. The food was great and the hit of the party! Clambake was super! Thanks!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED Bit'Chin BBQ. They were a total hit at our 'I Do BBQ' - Dave was amazing from the beginning and so easy to work with. Answered all questions I had in a timely manner. The crew that came out was fantastic. So professional and personable! The food was DELICIOUS, we honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone couldn't stop commenting how much they loved the food and how much they enjoyed the presentation of the pig! I 10/10 recommend them and would hire them for another pig roast event! Thanks guys for an amazing experience!

Dave and his wife were very pleasant to work with and did a wonderful job catering our wedding. The food was delicious and everyone loved it! They even threw in some extra food that we hadn't ordered. Thank you so much!

We had a graduation party for my son on July 10, 2011 and had Dave and his crew do the cooking. They were wonderful. They arrived on time, set up everything and delivered exactly what he promised. Everyone thought the food was delicious,thouht they were very professional and were very impressed. I had been a little hesitant because I found them on the internet with no recommendations but it turned out great you can trust what you read on their webstite. Thanks, Dave!
