After many years of catering on and off premises, most recently at his Shelton restaurant, The Metro Grille and Bar, Francis decided to concentrate his passion on offering a one of a kind experience for his catering clientele.His love of cooking along with his fresh and innovative perspective, and attention to detail make a winning combination. Upbeat, energetic, and imaginative, Francis has a way of providing his customers with exactly the celebration they imagine.
