Services
Our dough is made fresh daily for your very special event. It is never frozen. We hand-knead the mixture in small batches with no mixers involved, and ferment at low temperatures to ensure the best flavor. We use an imported Italian flour along with an age old, authentic recipe using simply spring water, yeast and salt.

Chef TJ cooked for our neighborhood HOA for the fifth year. Everyone looks forward to his great food. His traveling brick oven kicks off the fun for the evening. The quality of food is 5 star. He serves a complete meal with appetizers, salad, gourmet pizza and dessert pizza. He's entertaining to visit with as he prepares the food. People are disappointed if they have a conflict and have to miss this event.

5-1/2 years ago we hired Chef TJ's wood fired pizza oven catering for my husband's 50th. The apps, pizza, and desert pizza were amazing, and he was so entertaining to watch. We just had them back out for my 50th, and he was as great as before. A true pizza expert, and a fine human being. Again, he and his wife served a large group (50) with efficiency and style. Thanks for making my backyard party a hit!

Used TJ & his wife Lynn last nite for a smaller party. Wow,were we impressed! We consider ourselves experts having tried most notable Dallas places.Pizza oven pulls up to the back yard & they fire it up with real wood. Next they're serving wood fired appetizers with Asiago & Proscuitto. Yum! Then the pizzas are hand made from scratch with all the decorations any guest wanted. Must give them a try ! We will definitely use them again!
