Terri catered a luncheon for my company's employees. From the very beginning, she took charge, I told her my wants and needs, and she handled it all - from the setup to the cleanup! Other than for my wedding, I've never used an event planner nor a professional caterer for anything. I always thought to myself, "Why pay someone else to do something that I'm capable of doing on my own?" Yes! There were apprehensions and I was a "doubter."
