We are a family restaurant and catering company owned and operated by a real Northern Nevada family that has been here for over 30 years, and we plan to be here for quite a while longer. Our roots are in Texas and the Midwest, and we have tried to create a restaurant that offers the best regional Barbecue flavors from around the USA, plus Southwestern and traditional American favorites. We compete with other BBQ outfits in competitions throughout the West to help us improve our skills, and we hope that it shows in the food.
