Biebel's Catering & Rental is a full service catering company specializing in affordable, freshly prepared food from our own kitchen. We also carry an extensive inventory of rental items including tables, chairs, tents, linens, tabletop items, concessions, wedding accessories, bounce houses, grills, pig roasters and more.
The Biebel's family introduced a supermarket to the Green Bay community back in 1903. Adjusting to changes in the market and customer base, in 1977, the third-generation owner, Paul Biebel, began catering for his customers. Biebel's eventually left the grocery business to focus on the catering and party rental businesses working with their customers to create parties all over northeast Wisconsin.

The people at Biebel's Catering and Rental are second to none. Everyone I dealt with there was beyond helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgable. They were responsive to my many, many questions (thanks again, Barbara) and when they said they were going to do something, it was done. I didn't even need that much from them but they treated me like I was a VIP planner. I 100% recommend Beibel's Catering & Rental for your event needs.

Biebel's did a fantastic job catering our daughter's wedding. Linda N. arrived on time, set up our food line beautifully. All I had to do was to hold the door open for her. We dined on beef brisket and baked chicken plus all the trimmings. People attending marveled on how good the chicken was prepared. It was all hot and delicious, considering our venue was about a 45 minute drive from the Bielbel's kitchen. Thanks to Barb T. in marketing for making everything right.

We planned our daughters wedding in Green Bay from a few hours away and weren't familiar with caters. We made the choice based off of reviews. Biebel's was fantastic to work with! Great suggestions from Brooke in planning. The day of the staff was awesome to work with and the food was really good! We had awesome appetizers, it was so good! Dinner was great too. Then they cleaned up and disappeared. We had about 100 guests and they contributed to the success of the day. Thank you Biebel's!

Biebels did not shine for our Green Bay wedding! They were expensive, not very tasty, and did not go above and beyond. We paid a ridiculous $33.42 per person for a buffet style. We had a pig on a spit but they never showed off the spit and just had the meat in a tray, which was very dry. We had a 7 layer salad, baked beans (very good), stuffing (very bad), mashed potatoes, german potatoes, sauerkraut, broasted chicken (very good).
We served pies and cake, all of which was very average! They provided paper plates and paper towels. Appetizers was a cheese and sausage spread, vegetable tray and a smoked salmon (which we had to pay separate and deliver to them) They also provided the table clothes which we had to pick up and return. We received an email 3 days before our wedding that the smoked salmon that we ordered months ago was not available but if I wanted to drive to another city to pick it up and bring it to them I could. What!?
I ended up calling the same company that they use and got it locally. I had to drive locally and pick up the fish and bring it over to Biebels, the day before the wedding. As if we did not have enough things going on. They were nice to work with but their performance, quality, and price scored them this poor review. **Update** They charged us over $100 for a "missing table cloth".10 days after we delivered them back to them. Maybe they did not like their review. SMH.

To start I will say the food was delicious and the girls we worked with leading up to the wedding were wonderful. The day of however, that was a mess. The reason I am really disappointed, and even disgusted, is how they handled my cake. Paying for a service and I literally had more than one person ask if we let one of the children cut it. Every piece was a different size, some a crumbly mess and others big enough serve 3 people.
Cake and frosting was smeared all over the table cloth making the entire station look just gross. And then to top it off (pun not inteded) the cake topper which I told them I wanted to save was just tossed to the side and covered with cake, fronting, and fruit. Due to it being delicate I cannot get it fully clean and it is just ruined now. Now i will acknowledge that this was a last minute thing however I asked if it would be a problem, and if it was going to be then it should have been told to us so that we could have just figured something else out. Additionally that does not provide any reason for the topper to be treated as such. Most frustrating part is when I emailed them about the experience we never even got a response.
