STF catered our rehearsal dinner when our original caterer backed out. With less than two weeks notice, they came in clutch with a DELICIOUS mexican fiesta menu that had everyone raving, and their communication and service were top-notch. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Joelle and the team at STF are truly one of the best! I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding they handled catering for this past weekend and I was absolutely blown away by not only how amazingly DELICIOUS the food was, but by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff as well. Presentation was stunning and they were so super responsive via. email/text whenever questions came about before the event, which I especially appreciated.

Had our Thanksgiving dinner catered this year and it was absolutely fabulous! The entire meal was delicious and everyone raved about each dish as well as the succulent turkey. Communications from beginning to end were clear and so glad I heard about these outstanding chefs and catering service.

I had vegan and traditional beef chili catered for a fall birthday party. The chili is was amazing! It was loved by all. Thank you!

STF catered our corporate holiday party at the Adventure Science Center. In every dealing with them I experienced top notch customer service and professionalism. Their staff that looked after our event also. were fantastic. Oh and the guests were RAVING about the delicious food, and as the budget planner, STF were so helpful in helping me develop a menu that kept me on track. Delicious food, great value, you can't go wrong with using STF for your event.

I used STF for several years when I worked at Owen/Vanderbilt. I sing their praises! STF worked with me when I had customers with food allergies, customer requesting changes a day or two before program, . and always delivered a superb product. When my participants asked who the caterer was, it was because they wanted to use STF for an event. Wonderful ladies that provide excellent product!

5 stars all the way! For the customer service, food, and execution on our big day! My wife and I used STF for our wedding this past May. Eleni and Joelle were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took their time to get to know us and get to know what our desires were in regards to the wedding food. They created both beautiful and delicious. appetizers and stations of food.

They were also able to accommodate dietary needs with ease. All of our guests raved about the food. We HIGHLY recommend STF for any catering needs. Thank you thank you thank you!

I was lucky enough to enjoy an event catered by STF at the beginning of December. It was AMAZING! The food was really exceptional (if you get the chance to try it, the grilled asparagus is so good!) and the staff was very attentive and gracious to all the attendees. I would recommend them for any event where you want to make a lasting impression. Truly exceptional.

I contacted Savor the Flavor catering a month ago and began discussing a party at my home. At first, they seemed wonderful to work with. They sent a sample menu (with stated minimum order clearly written at top) and we went from there. We planned a server to be here for set up, display and stocking the buffet for 2 hours, and clean up. Well, more people than we expected RSVP'ed, so I contacted them to ask if we could remove one menu item to make up for the added people (for budget purposes). Now, mind you, our event is one week away.

And even with the removal of one item, we would have been several hundred dollars above the stated minimum. I got an email this morning from STF saying they were not going to do our event. They stated that the amount of food we requested (again, all on their menu and above minimum order) is (yes I am quoting) "simple enough that [they] think [I] would be able to pick of nice trays of food from a retailer and come out better." If I had wanted to do that, I would have planned that a month ago.

Since I never had the opportunity to experience their catering food - I can not comment on that. What I can say is that they misrepresent themselves on their website and upon initial contact - saying they can do large and small events and customize accordingly. I suppose they only customize for what they deem grand enough. My guess is that they got another, higher paying gig.

Still - very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I won't ever be calling them again, and if you are having a smaller event, I recommend you don't either. You may get bumped!

I contracted with Savor the Flavor for my wedding after cancelling with another caterer. The experience with the first left me feeling pretty crappy and nervous about the whole thing, but that went away after one phone call with Joelle (at 9 p.m. on a Friday the same day of my first call), who assured me they could throw down good Southern food, help with turning over our ceremony room into a reception room, handle the bar, and do it all at about the same price we'd already budgeted for the cancelled contract.

All of this turned out just as we hoped. Delicious apps (shrimp and grit cakes were a hit), buffet style panko chicken and pork loin, amazing mac and cheese and sweet potatoes, etc. Several people told us it was the best food they'd had at a wedding (especially the Northern Yankees;), and the servers working the bar even used our karaoke wedding theme to label our signature sweet tea drink the "Sweet Caroline, " a touch I hadn't thought of.

Bottom line, we enjoyed the night and didn't have to worry about a thing. I struggle to provide some kind of a negative, as I tend to be distrustful myself of overly stellar reviews when I was hunting for someone. But I'm not going to make something up. Just trust me. They're awesome people, their food is awesome, and I'd recommend them in good conscience to anyone.
