Slow smoked pork that has been slowly steamed for several hours with Hawaiian salt and soy sauce until it is so tender that it melts in your mouth. Fresh raw Ahi cut in to small cubes lightly seasoned with seasame oil, soy sauce, green onions, and assorted seasonings. Macaroni, potato, eggs, mayo, carrots, celery, garnished with green onions and island spices.
Three Polynesian dancers with pre-recorded music, dressed in full costume while performing dances from Hawaii, New Zealand, Samoa, and Tahiti. This is our most popular package because it's so fun and affordable! Our dancers do multiple costumes changes, Emcee the show, they use polynesian hand instruments, and they also do Audience Participation so that even the audience can join in!

You get the assistance of the Event Coordinator and the Officiant or Minister to help plan, coordinate, finalize your details, book your event and above all, deliver it with grace.
