Party Tyme Catering Party Tyme Catering was started by my father Francis VandenBosch over 35 years ago, My father was in the meat business all his life, My brother and I also grew up in the butcher shop, I was cutting meat as soon as I could see the top of the table. In the 80's when your local grocery store turned into a large shopping center the meat business struggled, My father set his eyes on cooking pigs and ox roasts, and we did many! Then we started doing the side dishes and deserts for many big parties 500-600 people, we were very busy, but my father had an untimely death at age 46.
