Absolutely Delicious Catering is so amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Nidia. She was so kind and easy to work with! She was so accommodating and worked with us through every step, helping us make decisions based on her experiences. The tasting we had with her so much fun and so filling! Be sure to come with an empty stomach because the food is all so delicious!
The staff was amazing, tentative, and quick with everything! The guests continue to tell us the food was sooo good, from the appetizers, to the main course, and to the late night snack! We highly recommend this catering team!

It has been a month since my wedding and the one thing everyone has complemented us on over and over again was the food and I completely agree! We had an out of town wedding so we really wanted to emphasize having a delicious meal for our guest and ADC absolutely surpassed everyone's expectations! ADC was so helpful and easy to work with from the tasting and deciding the menu, to the wedding day and all the staff that made sure everyone was taken care of.
For the horderves we chose beef steak with chimichurri sauce, bacon wrapped chicken, and spinach dip on a crostini and I have to say I will forever dream about these items. Not only was the appetizers and food amazing in flavor but the presentation was beautiful and beyond expectation! I could not recommend Absolutely Delicious Catering enough!

We had our wedding on September 3, 2021. The caterer responds quickly to questions and worked well with my vendors (Cake and DJ). We had our ceremony in the Gold Room upstairs. Our reception was downstairs in the Crystal Room. Wow! It's was so beautiful and everyone repeatedly complimented the decor. This is definitely an amazing place to get married!
The Staff was perfect! Shannon was so sweet and helpful. She used my preferred flowers and was super to work with. Our Banquet Manager also stayed diligent, organized and constantly checked in on us! The serving staff was quick, efficient and helpful. This really was a great crew! I am so grateful for them. The food provided by Absolutely Delicious Catering at the Venue was wonderful.
We had several guests comment on how delicious and tasty it was. We had the poblano chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. I would absolutely eat this again if I could. It really was delicious! Overall, our wedding was perfect and BEAUTIFUL! I am glad that I chose this venue and really appreciated the staff.

I completely forgot to review after our wedding in December! Our wedding was catered by Absolutely Delicious and it was AMAZING! the food was sooooo good and they were so accomodating! They were very cautious of my nut allergy as we picked a salad with nuts and made sure I got one without. They were also accomodating of children's plates. We ran out of children's plates (i think some adults took children's plates since we had the right amount of plates for children) but made sure that everyone ate.
We had ALOT of extra food and they put it in containers for us afterwards AND OUR PARENTS FORGOT TO PACK THEM ALL UP! We were so disappointed to not have leftovers becuase it was soooo good! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO GREAT! I'm so glad we were referred to you! I wish the photographers got pictures of the food so I could post. PS they even had waiters come to us as cocktail hour while we were tkaing pictures so we didn't miss out on hors d'oeuvres. I cannot reccomend this company enough!

Absolutely PERFECT! We worked with Gina Salazar who was so incredibly helpful. We called and even though our wedding day was already fully booked, Absolutely Delicious Catering made an exception and was able to cater our special day. We chose them because of outstanding recommendations from friends and our venue. Throughout the planning process, Gina answered my endless questions and was extremely helpful in guiding us through our timeline and recommending portions.
They also went above and beyond while coordinating our cake cutting and also our late night pizza delivery! On top of that, they lent us their cake cutting utensils and offered chargers for free. Our tasting was delicious and ADC was able to accommodate our tight schedule and let us re-try one dish. ADC also helped with the wording on our wedding menus to make sure we had it right.

We had the filet mignon, salmon with salsa, and the stuffed portobello mushrooms as our entree selections with a side of rosemary potatoes and green bean amondine. For appetizers we had the tequila shrimp brochettes, artichoke crostinis, pulled pork nachos, and empanadas. Highly recommend all of those! The three entrees were stellar and I think the top two favorite apps from our guests were the tequila shrimp brochettes and the artichoke crostinis!

LOVED LOVED LOVED doing business with this company and their employees. The service during the planning of the wedding was excellent and at the reception was outstanding. We had buffet service for the cost but all the little touches, ie. served salad and cake felt like a sit down dinner. The food was visually perfect, hot and very flavorable. The staff they sent was so professional and worked so well with the venue staff. I would hire them again and again. Please don't hesitate to utilize them for your special occasion.
