Services
Final arrangements and guaranteed attendance must be completed about ten (10) days in advance or final count date on invoice. Final payment is to be made in full a week before your wedding date or on the event date for all other functions. Net 15 days for corporate functions. Pricing may be subject to change with market fluctuations and depending on number of guests and menu.

Denny's Monte Cristo-Turkey Breast and Ham w/Havarti Cheese, Brown Mustard, Cranberry Sauce, and Cole Slaw, served on Grilled Fresh Brioche. Amy's Fried Egg Sandwich Topped with Ham, Waffle Fries, Swiss & Havarti Cheese and Hollandaise Sauce. Ayala's Original Cuban Pork Sandwich on Cuban Bread w/Virginia Ham, Swiss Cheese, Dill Pickle and Mayonnaise.
If you are in the need of a venue, we are the preferred vendor at many venues throughout the Lehigh Valley, including indoor or outdoor facilities. Please feel free to contact us if you need more information. Our sous chef is fluent in Spanish and can also guide you in choosing Latino specialties. We also have a pastry chef on staff that can make all your desserts including wedding cakes, cupcakes, pies, etc.

We ordered catering for a 50-person work party and the food was incredible! There was also so much of it - we had leftovers for lunch the next day, too! Dips, pulled pork, mac and cheese and all the desserts were amazing! They were great to work with and so accommodating - they made one gluten free and one vegan meal for no additional charge. Would highly recommend! Photo is of some of the mini desserts - the chocolate PB brownies have edible glitter!

ABSOLUTLY PERFECT! Cathy's creative catering did a fabulous job for my wedding. The food was perfect, the staff was awesome, and all the extra support and guidance helping me with wedding preparations was over the top helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality service and food! Not to mention the desserts were absolutely AMAZING!

Absolutely love this place! The people that served the food were friendly and amazing! We talked with them as though they were family. They laughed and joked and were so personable! There was sooooo much food leftover. The ice cream bar was a huge hit as well as the steak on the toast we had for hors d'oeuvres. We will absolutely be ordering from them again!

Cathy's just catered our wedding. They were so easy to work with and adapted to all of our needs without issue. The food was delicious. The staff was professional and courteous. They were even helpful with how best to execute getting everyone fed. The value for the money was perfect. They even neatly packed and labled the leftovers. I will give them my business again without hesitation, and send everyone I can their way.

Cathys catering helped me have my dream wedding in the middle of a pandemic. Our wedding at our venue got cancelled so we switched it to a smaller gathering at our backyard. From the beginning of me reaching out to Cathy's they were extremely understanding, Cheryl was great on the communication end answering back all my emails in a timely manor. We met with Cathy she was super friendly and helped me pick out a great menu- her manicotti is amazing, and we loved the stuffed shrimp.
The whole staff did an outstanding job at my house. Renee made me feel so comfortable and even helped looked for my bouquet at one point, I truly appreciated her kindness. Megan was an awesome bartender and our guest enjoyed interacting with her. Also a special thanks to Donovan and Aidan very professional and hard working. I couldn't have been happier with how my wedding turned out and I'm glad I got to have these great people helping me out.

Cathy's catered our wedding for 72 people. Renee was the head chef at our wedding and did an outstanding job! A very special thank you to her for going above and beyond! She made sure that we had appetizers in the kitchen when we arrived and drinks before we were announced to our guests. She also took the lead communicating with our DJ to make sure announcements were made about the meal and dessert being served.
The food was amazing! The feedback I got from our guests was fantastic. The food was served buffet style. We chose to do mini cupcakes for dessert in about 10 different flavors and our guests loved them! We got to take home extra food at the end of the night as well. Brain was our bartender and he also was very friendly and did a great job as at our venue we had to supply all the drinks and alcohol.
Throughout the night I asked him if we still had enough and he gave me the run down of what we had left which was a relief for me! I highly recommend Cathy's catering to anyone, especially for a wedding. All staff were very prompt, and professional!

Cathy's catered my wedding! They did a fantastic job! The food was absolutely delicious! There was not one bad thing, everyone talked about how good the food was and went back for more! The shrimp cocktail were huge! The cake was so moist and delicious! The staff were awesome! They took care of everything kept my kitchen clean and neat and just catered to my husband and I and all of our guest! I can't say enough good things! Whenever we need another event catered no doubt we will go with catheys creative catering!
