Our favorite pizza in the Litchfield / Mt Olive / Staunton / Benld area. Friendly staff, too!

Ordered over the phone and they were very nice and delightful to talk too. They deliver and are timely. Food is as good as you can't get for Italian in Illinois.

This restaurant has been one of our favorite Italian restaurants for the last 30+ years. Their pizza is great, the pasta con broccoli is amazing and we often go out of our way just for their salad and bread. We really enjoy eating at Jodannis Amore.

Like everywhere else in the Great State of Illinois, they are only offering Carryout right now, but, the food is every bit as good as it is when dining in. I heartily recommend giving them the opportunity to let them show you the way Carryout can be done right.

Fantastic! The house salad with their house dressing has some seasoning on it that was just amazing. The wife and I shared a "small" order of garlic cheese sticks. it was huge! If that's small, I can't image the large. oh and it tasted amazing. Finally we had a 10" Chicago style deep dish pepperoni style pizza. It was very authentic, not the best I have ever had but it was VERY good!

The waitress was very attentive and friendly, despite telling us she had only worked there a week, I would have thought she worked there for years. She even got us a pitcher of tea because we drink a lot of tea so we wouldn't have to wait for refills. And after all that the bill was 30 bucks. That's right, $30! It's located out in the middle of nowhere, but this destination is well worth the trip. A++

Have eaten here 3-4 times and never had a bad meal. Great pizza and pasta, lovely ambiance, and good prices. Well worth the trip.

Based on previous visits, it would have been a 5, but our last visit was a 3 at best. We ordered bagna cauda, which was good, but the menu stated that it came with vegetables as well as bread. It was served only with bread without any prior warning, and we had to ask to get an explanation that they had changed the way they serve it without changing the menu.

For our entrees, I ordered seafood pasta, which was pictured in the menu with whole clams, and described as having shrimp, crab, and whole clams. It was served without clams of any kind, again without explanation. The crab was also clearly immitation. My wife ordered chicken spedini, which is usually a signature dish, but it failed to live up to expectations, with a bland sauce and burnt chicken.

The service was good and the setting is welcoming, which saved the evening. Again, previous experiences have all been great, so I'm hoping this visit was an aberration, not the new normal.

We have received the best most professional and courteous service from Jodanni's. Their good is great (I am a hard critic also) and also served up hot and fresh. We frequent Jodanni's at least once a week or two to assist us with supper. There pizza is wonderful and chicken is great. Thank you for the great service and food! Also, there packaging of food for take-out should be the set standard for all restaurants!

I had my wedding reception here. What a great decision. So many guests mentioned how delicious the food was. We had a variety of appetizers and no one went hungry. John, the owner was very knowledgeable about food and drink estimates, definitely not his first rodeo! The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was perfect. Everything went very smoothly. If you are looking for someplace special and local, look no further!

I had a wonderful meal here. You almost don't realize how beautiful it is from the outside! Beautiful outdoor eating area and wonderdul pastas and desserts! Wonderful dinner with my mother and daughter!

Food was good but the service was terrible. We had reservations so they knew we had a party of 8 coming in. 3 groups came in after us and all ordered, ate and left by the time we got our food. Told the manager and he couldn't have cared less. Won't be back.

There is a good variety of food and I haven't been disappointed in anything I've had there yet. It has a nice cozy atmosphere and unique decor with a lot of pictures of historical (current & past) buildings from around the area.

We have often passed this place on the way to my brother's house and finally decided to stop. We are glad we did! The food was very good and the server was very attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and the decor contains a lot of pictures of local history. Next time we want to try the pizza.

If you can't make it to Chicago, you've gotta get Jodanni's for deep-dish pizza- wow! It's about as close as you can get to that authentic, downtown Chicago style pizza. Tonight we ate Jodanni's with our friends at their house, who wanted us to experience what they called the best pizza in the area! We had never had it before and were itching to try it.

The deep dish pepperoni pizza was off the charts good, and we loved the others as well. It tasted great and wasn't a complete food overload like some deep-dish places are. I still was able to eat 4 pieces and loved every bite. I'll definitely be checking this out in the future!

Went in late on a Friday night and it was slow, only two other couples were there. We ordered the deep dish pizza and the BBQ Chicken Chop salad. The pizza is arguably better than Blackthorn in St. Louis, (they use the same "double crust") but they faltered by using canned mushrooms. Everything else was top notch, cheese, crust and sauce. The salad was ok but it seemed like the greens we a bit old.

Service was great but we would have liked the (excellent) rolls brought out before our meal since we didn't order an appetizer. We would definitely return the next time we're in the area.

This place had the best food before moving to this location. Salads, pizzas, and pasta was the bomb but now they're trying to be big shot restaurant. I am sad they moved.

I have been to Jodanni's twice: once for a tasting for my upcoming wedding and again for me and my fiance's anniversary. As for the tasting, the food was all great and the staff was informative. Their catering prices are awesome. For two meats and three sides (comes with salad, rolls, water, & iced tea) it's only $10.80 per person. Which is a steal for the quality of the food.

As for our anniversary dinner, we got the risotto balls for an appetizer, I got a chicken spiedini entree and my fiance got a mixed grill entree. All the food was excellent and fresh and the spumoni that comes with the entree for a dessert is delicious. We also got tiramisu and its hands down the best I have had!

My Mum wanted to celebrate her birthday here, and I was a bit skeptical of the place.until I walked in. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful! It reminded me of a sophisticated art gallery. It was very tastefully decorated and Frank Sinatra, one of my favorites, was playing in the background. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. She made our visit even more pleasant.

We started out with the onion rings which were fresh and very crispy without being greasy at all. Up next were the salads, I had the house dressing which was great, and the bread.you HAVE to try the bread! It was a warm, fluffy pillow of garlicky goodness! I could've made a meal out if them! Then our entree's came, I had the seafood ravioli, which was delicious.

The ravioli was fresh and perfectly cooked. The seafood inside tasted fresh as well. Not chewy at all, with larger cuts of the shrimp, scallops and crab. I enjoyed it. And lastly, the spumoni. You can't go wrong with ice cream! I look forward to going back and enjoying dinner on the large patio outside!

I've been here only a couple of times, but I enjoyed everythg both times. Very nice service. But no heat in the men's room!

We have eaten at JoDanni's for years. LOVE everything we have ever tasted there. Pizza is great for the kids and adults. Chicken spiedini - my husband always gets this and I take a few bites for myself. Pesto pasta was good - hard to find anyone who serves pesto. Love their pasta con broccoli. We never hesitate to recommend this restaurant- great service and we love the new location. Plan to visit with friends and enjoy a meal on the patio. Our family's favorite restaurant - plus they have a range of table sizes so large parties are welcome.

Oh my. Beautiful inside and out! Much more room for diners so we are not 'sitting on top' of each other! Patio and music. Food and waitstaff perfect! The spinach ravioli was awesome. We will be back!
