It was a family affair with daughter's Teresa (Teresa's Pizza), Penny (Augie's - Cory, PA) and Debbie here in North Royalton. Rest assured that Augie D'Amicone's passion for family and food is present here at Augie's. Today, Debbie and Dan bring her family's passion to their store here in North Royalton. The family tradition continues. Our three children, Willie, Danny and Joey, have grown up in our pizza shop and been an important part of our business. With them being in our store all these years, it makes it all worthwhile.

It was my birthday and we got pizzas, salad and some spaghetti. Wonderful food and highly recommend if you haven't eaten here it's a must try. We had 1 large pepperoni and 1 medium vegetable. Both great tasting pizzas. One of the best vegetable pizzas I have ever had. Pepperoni was crazy good. We haven't eaten the rest yet. Very friendly staff. They were very busy when we stopped today but everyone was very kind and helpful and even though itsHOT, the people there kept working, smiling made sure to take care of customers. THANK YOU

Our pizza order was taking longer than expected by about 15 minutes. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. The staff was really professional about it though, they took 5 dollars off the order which we really appreciate. Gestures like this definitely help retain customer confidence. The pizzas seemed fresh and tasted good, we will be back! edit: back and they forgot the sauces we ordered with the pizza that cost a dollar extra. again not the end of the world, but it seems like something small goes wrong every time we come here.

Well you may be surprised when you look at the prices just a little. However, don't let that stop you from ordering a pizza. I got the meat pizza and let me tell you, when I got home and took the first slice out, I was like woah, all that meat and cheese on that slice was so heavy that it has the toppings pull away from the crust as the slice bent downwards. Even the crust tasted good so I ate all of it too. Well worth the few extra dollars.

Last night we ate here. It had been a long day out celebrating my son's birthday. Our food was mostly really good. The issue was our waitress. She was incredibly rude, crass and continued to make us feel unwelcome. She kept making comments like we were doing things wrong. The whole dinner she made us feel the need to apologize for being there. She became hostile because our pizzas were brought out on pedestals.
We took the pizza trays and moved them to the table. We had a our 5 year old and our baby and feared they'd be knocked down. The waitress rushed over and treated us like idiots saying the varnish would get ruined. Fine. Perhaps communicate that. Perhaps communicate it in a way that doesn't treat your customers like idiots. We had our reasons, we were trying to avoid a disaster.
She did her best to avoid our table. When she did bother to check on us, it was just rude tones, rude statements and we just felt a huge need to hurry up, eat our food and leave. I'm Italian. We don't rush with our food. I also enjoy the warmth that one would expect comes with dining in an Italian restaurant. It's just sad. A sad experience. And the waitress is a sad, mean lady.
I would steer clear of this place. Follow-up to Joe Owner, I understand being understaffed causing issues. I do not understand how that justifies treating customers the way our waitress did. We were also close enough to hear the way she was communicating with other diners and the tone was different than how she was speaking to us. That indicates to me this wasn't based on there being a staff shortage.
She just decided to take her mean demeanor out on us. Despite all of this, my husband still left a generous tip. And post COVID or not, common courtesy can really go a long way. Especially if you want customers to return. I stand by what I said and more so seeing that you seem to be defending the way our waitress treated us. And it was only our waitress that was rude. The rest of the staff was polite and kind.

We have dined in and carried out. I love the food. But it is definitely a local place with lots of regular customers. I was ready to order when I was seated. I was told there were 3 tables in front of me. The table seated before us had salad and wings on the table before our drinks arrived. I wonder how often you have to dine in to be considered a regular?
