Literally said they were closed at 759pm. I was in line For about 10 minutes and then when I got up they said sorry we're closed when they were not sorry at all. Very disappointed! Worst customer service I've ever had! Next time you close maybe you should put cones out in front of your drive-through that was a ridiculous amount of time for me to be sitting to say you are closed. WASTE OF TIME!

EXCELLENT customer service. We did the drive-through earlier today, noonish (10/11/2021) and the young lady at the drive-through window was probably the most likeable, positive and efficient staff member at Starbucks that I have had the pleasure in dealing with for sometime. Our drinks were "typical" Starbucks, overpriced but drinkable, thankfully the service side of things was NOT typical. Kudos to the staff and management.

This Starbucks location always exceeds my expectations! You can count on them to get you through the drive through quickly if you're in a hurry, and the lobby is always clean and pleasant. There's also something special about the welcoming atmosphere the baristas create. However busy they are, there's a cheerful smile and a kind word to be had for everyone-- and it doesn't even feel forced, which is a rare thing these days.
