I have no idea where to begin. We will just say they made our wedding 10x better with their food, professionalism, and set up. Chef Jacques and Mrs. Christine were absolutely the best to work with. Since the day I gave them a call to ask for prices and food menu, Mrs. Christine was there every step of the way to ensure that I had everything I needed.

I made weird changes couple of time while planning and Mrs. Christine always accommodated and told me that she was going to make things work for me. She honestly made us feel like family and we could not be more appreciative. Now, about the food. Chef Jacques is hands down one of the best chefs. We had so many guests come to us during and after the wedding and said how AMAZING the food was.

Perfect seasoning, taste, everything. When we did the tasting, it didn't even take us a minute to decide 706 Charles Street Catering was going to be our caterer for our wedding. Everything they gave us tasted amazing. Even their desserts! We had couple guests reach out to us a week after our wedding to tell us that they still think about the food and dessert they ate our wedding.

We wish we can give 706 Charles Street Catering more than 5 stars. I will highly recommend them to any of our friends and families in the future who will be looking for caterers for their wedding. I had an event that came with some short notice changes which included finding a caterer. 706 Charles street was referred to me by a friend. Since it was such short notice I didn't expect much. That being said I was very impressed with them. The food was wonderful and the presentation breathe taking. I definitely recommend to anyone in need of a dependable caterer.

I used them for my daughter's baby shower and they were amazing. They were quick in responding to my inquiry and worked with me to organize the events menu quickly. Very covid aware. The Chef wore a mask to drop off food and everything was delicious. I will definitely be back again! Thank you so much for making my daughter's day special and delicious!

I have never experienced such amazing food and customer service from a catering company. Usually with all of the hustle and bustle from the event, customer service gets lost in translation. Not with 706. From the start of the event, to the every end of the night, there was never a time where I didn't see a smile on the staff members' faces. Always happy to answer questions, offer further services and the staff went above and beyond to ensure each guest was properly taking care of. The food is superb and I would HIGHLY recommend 706 Charles Street Catering to the world!

This business was recommended by a close friend for my wedding. We had three appetizers prior to the ceremony, and a choice of three meats and vegetables for the meal. Our wedding was in 2016, it is 2021 and we STILL have people asking about the appetizers from our wedding. The dinner lasted longer because our guests enjoyed the food and went for seconds.

I've ordered deliveries from them for my job (I work as an educator). My co-workers have now ordered from them and have thoroughly enjoyed it. My mother-in-law used them for my brother-in-law and sister in law wedding. We had one appetizer, two meats, salad, vegetables and rice. My mother-in-law was very pleased and appreciated the professionalism. I look forward to more events after the pandemic to request them for events.

Updated: The branch manager reached out and gave me an explanation for not receiving a call back and apologized for how our interaction went. I expressed my reasoning as well as my dissatisfaction however after speaking with my father, we've decided we rather go with a company that will respond to its potential customers. I hate that this is the case but they are running a business so they should treat it as such.

We've decided to go with Eagles landing catering which responded immediately to my request. I wish 706 took the same approach. Updated the star review because she did reach out but it wasn't enough for us at the end of the day, especially after sending a proposal for almost $6k. We will spend that with a company that has a lot more respect for buyers.

I called in October and gave my information for someone to reach out to me with a quote for my wedding. I never received a response. I called several times after leaving voicemails and never got a response. I called again today (12/21) and spoke to a woman about catering my wedding. I can say I was a bit irritated seeing how I'm trying to support a black business to cater my wedding but this wasn't it.

She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend solely due to the fact they won't reach back out nor will they care about the fact they dropped the ball on reaching back out to potential customers. I wish I would have these people cater my wedding and they can't even answer the phone or return a call. She told me she might need to take a breath because she felt some kind of way about how I sounded.

Well I feel some kind of way about my voicemails and calls going unreturned but she didn't acknowledge that. I ended up telling her I'll find somebody else and hung up. I don't have time to fight with somebody unprofessional as her and we're paying THOUSANDS for you to do an very important event. I deserve an apology but based off how they responded I can bet they aren't going to do that.

If your looking for great service with amazing food then this is the place for you. Chef Jacques was amazing with his variety of foods available for any event. I needed this is a short notice and everything came out beautifully. Thank you for your professionalism and amazing service. I will definitely be back for future event's!
