Our history dates back to 1936, when Clara Micaletti, the daughter of Italian immigrants, married Kasimer Draganowski, the son of Polish and German immigrants. Together with their children, they moved to northern Wisconsin in 1951 looking for a better life. They purchased a large, private home with the intention of converting it to a Resort.
Breaded and pan-fried tender veal cutlet topped with marinara and melted fresh mozzarella. Fresh salad greens tossed with our house balsamic dressing, feta cheese, bacon pieces, and dried cranberries. Topped with grilled shrimp. Fresh mushrooms sauteed and deglazed with cream, then tossed with roasted garlic and Gluten Free linguini, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and fresh Pomodoro sauce.
How do I set up a banquet at Draganetti's? Email info@draganettis.com or call Draganetti's at (715)834-9234 and speak with a manager. Is there a fee to rent the banquet room? Yes, $50 secures the banquet room for the entire night and also ensures you will have a server dedicated to your party. Can we order off the menu?

Food was fine, though not much more elevated than Olive Garden. Service was absolutely awful - slow, inattentive and not very knowledgeable - never even received a requested refill on water, no dessert offered, no second glasses of wine offered. Expected much more for the prices they charge. Nice space.

First time here and it was mostly a disappointment. The mushroom bruschetta tasted good but it was pretty much cream of mushroom soup topped with cheese. I had the chicken parm and it was pretty underwhelming. My companion had The Godfather pasta and was extremely disappointed because the sausage used in it tasted like a hot dog. I tried it and it did taste like a hotdog. Both dishes came with an angel hair like pasta that was too soft/over cooked. Forget about al dente here. Sauce was so so. Highly overpriced for the quality.

We got this as take-out and will never return. My eggplant parmesan tasted like apple cinnamon maple brown sugar! I called to question it, thinking there HAD to be a mix-up in spice containers and they used dessert spices in it accidentally. Nope! This is their recipe and how some people like it. The customer service was also poor and the manager was supposed to call us back for a refund.
We never received a call, so several hours later had to call them back again. I ate the spaghetti that came with it and my stomach hurt for the rest of the night after eating their food.

I like this place. I've been coming here for years, often with my buddies after work for a cocktail and a pizza. The tap beer selection is pretty thin, but they make up for it with the wine list and spirit selection. We often sit at the bar with a party of 4 or less, the bartender is always friendly, even when busy. I wouldn't say I'm a "regular", but I go a couple of times a month.
The regular menu is really decent, but in my humble opinion, its the best thin crust pizza in town, so I usually get the pizza. I love the Drag's special and the now discontinued G-man (they will still make it, but it's not on the menu, so it became a "build your own" so its a bit of an upcharge).

This is a wonderful restaurant that serves up Authentic Italian food. The Veal Parmesan is as good as it gets. The angel hair pasta and red sauce- delicious. Whenever I come into Eau Claire I make it a point to dine here. It never disappoints! The service is good- warm and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed old school. This restaurant could more than hold its own in Chicago where there is no shortage of Italian restaurants

We generally get good food and service from drag's, but they dropped the ball this time. Had reservations, still had to wait. Slow to get water, wine, appetizer and entree. Mussels in the appetizer were cold. The bread was squashed flat by whoever cut it. My linguini was very over cooked, the tomato sauce was tinny. The Caesar salad was pretty weak, no garlic, anchovy, or any other flavor.
Might have been ranch on romaine. All this took an hour and a half, cost seventy bucks, and made me feel like I would not risk my money or time on another visit. Too bad. Should have ordered a pizza.

DH just got stationed in Eau Claire, WI so of course being foodies we immediately started to scour the college town for all the delectable delights available. We did enjoy the ambiance and service this quaint little Italian restaraunt offered. However the quality of our entrees were lacking especially for the price being charged. Now dessert was delicious. : so perhaps hubby and I would come back for cocktails and a sweet little something.

Read the other reviews and have to say that my experience was pretty good. My waitress was very attentive and everything we ordered was correct. The food was great. Ambiance nice. More specifically, I ordered their signature pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Being from Chicago, I am probably more critical related to the pizza then others and while it's not quite Chicago style, it had a really good taste that I would buy again. My colleague ordered the spaghetti which I also tasted and while I wouldn't purchase it, I think it was decent. Overall, better experience than I expected.

My husband and I have been to Draganettis many times over the last 4 years and have never been disappointed, until tonight. We had a rare date night without the kid and since it had been a while, decided to come here. They've changed the menu, both in appearance and apparently how they prepare the food also. We ordered our usual appetizer of cheese bread.
We were served what looked like a thin pizza crust, folded over and filled with cheese and random pockets of crusty, salt filled garlic chunks. My husband ordered the lasagna which was not the same as it used to be and was mediocre at best. I ordered the alfredo with chicken and was served a pile of mush, topped with a chicken breast that was yellow in some places.
After trying the chicken, I understand why it was yellow. It tasted like someone opened a bunch of boxes of rice-a-roni and used the seasoning packets to season the chicken. Hands down, exact flavor. The server was nice enough but for a $60 dinner, I will never come back nor will I recommend this to anyone I actually like.

Been to Eau Claire many times and have dined at most restaurants in the area. Haven't tried Draanettis until last night. Always avoided it due to average ratings on Yelp. But the bullet and don't regret it one bit. Service was excellent as was the food and dessert. Only regret I have is that we didn't try this establishment sooner. Give them a try I'm sure that you will enjoy!

One of my favorite places to dine in Eau Claire. Love it is a local business and not a chain and family owned. I have not had any issues with staff or food ever while dining here. If you do have an issue it has always been addressed immediately and professional. They take a lot of pride in what they do and offer for entrees and rightly so. Love that we can dine outside even though traffic sounds are evident. Love sitting in the sun and siping an excellent wine or a crisp beer.

The eating area was clean and elegant. I didn't visit the restroom. Atmosphere was quaint. Not many people here on Tuesday night at 8pm. Service was prompt. I ordered a half Caesar salad and the godfather spaghetti. The salad was great. The dressing was the creamy style with croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. The spaghetti was great.
This particular dish has smoked and regular Italian sausage with whole garlic cloves that are sauteed. Not too sweet or bitter. The portion was perfect. Service was great. The server took me to my table and handed me a menu. She stated she would give me a few minutes to settle and then take my drink order. She returned and I was ready to order. Salad came quick.
Just as I finished, she brought out a mini load of sourdough with garlic butter. Just as I finished that, my spaghetti came. I was checked on often and never had an empty glass. Cash and major cards accepted. No checks. I would recommend this place.
