FAQ’s Report

Ambrosia Catering is licensed and insured. If you require references or a certificate of insurance for your event we will be happy to comply. Ten days (or an agreed upon date) before the event, you will provide Ambrosia Catering will a final guest count. After that date you may increase the number of guest but not decrease.

Lunch Report

Ambrosia offers an extensive selection of freshly prepared gourmet sandwiches, salads and hot entrees, perfect for a working lunch or board meeting. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Roma Tomatoes, and Basil Topped with Marinated Oven Roasted Tomatoes, and drizzled with Balsamic Glaze. Chicken Fajitas, beef tacos with corn taco shells, soft flour tortillas and tortilla chips with all the toppings, plus warm cheese sauce, rice and beans. Chicken tenders with tarragon lemon sauce topped with artichokes, sauteed green bean, rice pilaf, tossed salad, and rolls.

Platters Report

Ambrosia offers an extensive selection of freshly prepared gourmet platters for your event. A wonderful display of imported and domestic cheeses garnished with grapes and strawberries; nuts and crackers. Whole tenderloin of beef roasted and seasoned to perfection, thinly sliced with balsamic sweet onions, apple horseradish sauce, red pepper aioli and freshly baked rolls.
