Ali 1st came to the US in 1990 after being a chef for many years in India. We now have a new location in Eugene and do catering. During lunch, Evergreen supplies an economic, but filling buffet full of a range of items. Their dinner is much different however, with a relaxing atmosphere, and perfect service it is a great place to go after a hard days work, or a romantic evening for two.

The male owner was so rude to me and my Dad today. We had only asked a question to the female owner if they had something we both (me and my Dad) liked in their menu, and the male owner said no; however, immediately after he answered our question, he started picking up our Menu books from the table while looking at us with a rude and angry face and basically indicating and telling us to get out for just asking him a question.
Me and my Dad were very disappointed with this Bad Customer Service. Not only that, but I am also dumbfounded by how they treated us because as being someone from the same race and sharing a similar culture, they should be very ashamed of behaving as such towards their own "family".

I love this place. The food is amazing and full of flavor. I usually get something with chicken and its all been good. The Thali Dinner is a great value, when I get it to go this usually lasts me 2 or 3 meals easily. They have reopened for inside dining but at the moment they have not brought back the lunch buffet. If you haven't been here, definitely give them a try and don't forget the Garlic Naan!

Food was okay. At least I didn't feel poisoned afterward. Rude AF. Posted closing time was 9:30, hostile hostess ran vacuum at 8:55. While my son and I were talking. Grossly overpriced. Anyone with a properly stocked spice rack can cook at least this well. This is basically stoner food for takeout. And I emphatically recommend takeout if you must eat here. I regret every dime of the tip I left. Obnoxious people.

This is by far the best Indian cuisine I've even been to! The place is dated and definitely the ambiance isn't the same since Covid but the food is certainly Amazing! I ordered chicken masala, veggies biryani and tandoori chicken! Everything was super fresh and tasty! Highly recommended when you are in town.

As inexpensive as it is for an all you can eat buffet, Evergreen in Corvallis is a great value. As all buffets do, the fried foods get a little stale as they sit out, but the dishes are all full of flavor and pretty yummy. I have always had good luck with the naan bread here, available in the buffet, but it is never stale it seems. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, a little dark for my taste, and a little old style, but still comfortable. The service was great, super friendly, fast and attentive. They do have a full menu, and years ago I had an excellent sit down dinner. All in all, a great place to eat.
